So clean! Super comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, good temperature control, good water pressure in shower, nice pool, mini fridge and microwave in room, very quiet and calm hotel. Convenient location near airport and Mall of America. Easy to check in and out, and the staff were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again if we need a hotel in the area.

The pool was a bit cold, and the hot tub was out of order. But it was still a clean and beautiful pool so I can't complain too much. I guess the TV options weren't amazing, but who cares these days?

The staff were all very kind, our room was extremely clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the view from our room! We especially enjoyed and appreciated the coffee from the coffee stand the next morning as we drove back to our final destination!

The breakfast voucher said it was open until 10:00, and we got there shortly after 9:00 to find the buffet closed.. thankfully the kind lady at the coffee stand got us going!

Perfect location to airport & Mall of America If your goal is NOT to be in the heart of the Mall of America. Staff is very friendly & helpful & Mgt responded quickly to a minor issue. Had drinks in restaurant, but not food, so can't comment on food - but people next to us seemed happy with their orders. Would stay here again.

I love the rustic look in the room. I love how they have the restaurant downstairs. It was very clean and tidy! Staff was very nice! No issues here! Thank you!

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like .

Pool and hot tub. Shuttle service. Friendly and easy check-in/out. Proximity to the Mall of America. Great value. Ample room. Refrigerator and microwave.

Room had funky odor. Shower did not drain well.

Have to pay for parking for your stay and coffee maker in room did not work. Controlling temp in room was confusing and never stayed cool.

Nice hotel, serviceminded staff only two trainstations from the airport. No need fir rental car when you arrive. Rental car service at the airport is slow, so better to get the car next morning.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but a bit worn. Quiet comfortable room. Large bathroom. Very close to popular locations.

Street construction around the hotel. The ramp parking for the hotel was a bit confusing to maneuver. They could also use a few more handicap parking spots.

Surprisingly, food is great in the hotel restaurant. Excellent sandwiches and amazing breakfast. Highly recommended. Great location for the mall of America.
