Lovely facilities. Felt clean and comfortable. It was super easy to access all of the amenities and the Mall of America. Enjoyed the pool very much. Only thing that would make it even better is if there was a hot tub. Then the amenities would have been 10 out of 10 for me.

Can't say there was too much that I didn't like... It was a little pricey, but felt that the cleanliness standards were met.

Best in Convenience, Loved how it was easily connected to the mall. The Rooms were clean and spacious. The overall look of the hotel was very nice. Had some nice ammenities in the hotel as well (Pool, gym)

Elevators ran on a weird system. I had to tap my card EVERY TIME I went on it to pick my floor. The pool wasn't open at night (though that is just a purely personal issue)

My check in was super late and a whole day was basically canceled from my reservation and I tried to have it switched but no one wanted to accommodate me for that. I was told I would have to rebook the room for another night.

The bathroom was great with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The room was good-sized, nicely decorated, and clean. The mattress was comfortable.

No coffee maker in the room. I much prefer a comforter to the bedspread style of bedding.

The view from our high floor room was nothing short of spectacular. Customer service was the best we've seen in years and pleasantly consistent - which is a rarity these days. I personally enjoyed the security features of the internal elevators requiring room key authentication to get to the desired floor beyond the public floors. More modern hotels today can learn from your example of what service should be. We will be back. (SAZ)

The beds were a bit too stiff for our liking (the surface was too firm and could have used some additional cushion, despite the comforter and sheets), and the pillows were far too soft for consistent comfort (felt like our heads sunk in right away - a person with sleep apnea could suffocate if not careful).

love that it was walk distance to MOA and all the restaurants inside the mall , the hotel looks beautiful, the property was well maintained, the staff was welcoming and very helpful .

when we came in they told us that the pool was closed b/c of maintenance but they extended our check out time for the next day so the kids had time to go and swim for a couple of hours

Quiet, clean, adjacent to the Mall of America. There is direct access from the 2nd floor to the Food Court area.

I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. I tried to call room service from the room phone twice and no one picked up. This was at approximately 4pm.

The location was convenient and the staff were very nice.

The additional parking fee, is pretty expensive for the price you already pay for the hotel. The breakfast should be included. The toilet ran all night. The men’s cologne was overpowering throughout the building.

Very friendly staff, good food, very clean, Man behind the desk, Ben, was outstanding!!! He helped with limo sevice, etc. Room was comfortable, TV worked well, room temperature good. However, telephone, never hooked up so unable to communicate with front desk, order food etc., No newspapers, No maid service when I asked for it after I was asked if I wanted it.

NO NEWSPAPERS! NONE! NO MAID SERVICE AFTER I REQUESTED IT WHEN ASKED AT CHECK IN TELEPHONE SERVICE NEVER TURNED ON SO NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH FRONT DESK, BAR ETC. COMPUTER TOO HIGH FOR ME, VERY DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE AIRLINE TICKETS AND SHOULD OFFER RENTAL OF COMPUTERS SO CAN SIT DOWN WHEN NEED TO USE ONE.
