The room was clean, the temp was easy to set. There were tons of things to do and I don't gamble. Most importantly, my dad had passed 3 days before my stay and the staff was incredible. When I arrived I was very chaotic, the valet told me to take my time and waited patiently for me. The bell staff assured me of the safety of my things and delivered straight to my room. The gentleman who worked in the convenience shop by check in was super kind and sympathetic of my situation. Everyone was super kind to me, what I needed at that time.

Awesome staff and very welcoming. Even went as far as letting me check in early because of the amount of things I was carrying from my conference. I have back issues and that helped without having to pay extra. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was good and letting me know about the dining as well, in case I got hungry.

I think 140 is a bit much. I have a mystic card but don't even know how to use it to check for free stays or a discount rate.

I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay while in Minnesota, great location, great staff from the valet guys, bellman and the housekeeping, everyone was very polite and helpful. Derek the bellman especially, he was our first contact when we arrived at the hotel and he went over and above on service, made us feel welcome and answered all our questions and told us if we ever needed anything to look him up or anyone else at the bellman desk.

The staff was very accommodating when I got there I asked if my two rooms I booked separately could be on the same floor or joining. And they easily accommodated that for me!

Not necessarily the properties fault but we went for a concert and missed the first act cause there wasnt alot of advertising for it so we didn't realize there wasn't an opening act! It was just the two bands and we were kind of upset. But again guess that wasn't really the properties fault lol

Very clean. Valets were great. Mannheim was so much fun. Check in staff were fantastic.

Check in was 4:00 pm and we checked in at 6:00 pm. Our room was cleaned and ready by 4:00. But I had to wait until 6:15 for the room to be inspected. Two hours and 15 minutes. We had just enough time to get ready for the concert. If anything we should have gotten a complimentary meal or something. We spent good money for a room that wasn’t ready for two and a quarter hours.

Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We'd driven down for the Air Supply concert. It was so nice that after the concert we could grab a beer, head up to our room and get a good night's sleep before heading back home. Highly recommend.

Lack of breakfast options on site. They did serve breakfast, but the reviews were not enticing which made us decide not to try it.

Hotel casino has an exceptional wide variety of slots, both retro and modern ones. This is a casino for slot lovers. The pay-out was not worse than any other place. Played some 60-70 different machines and hit rather frequent bonus rounds and one jackpot over 3 days. The rooms have very nice view and are spacious. Restaurant and bar options are limited but perfectly okay. Great with free coffee and soda service.

Some rooms may have rather thin walls, but this is common in US. The bars have very high prices for regular beers or drinks. Some slot machines had some wear and tear on the buttons and should be cleaned more often.

Location, clean rooms, quiet. Beautiful view. Pool was beautiful, well decorated and clean. Whirlpool and sauna looked nice too, although I did not use the. The hotel staff, they were very accommodating and were able to get us early check-in. The desk clerk said she would call back if they were able to, and she actually did.

The toilet water was running, and we had to reset it by fixing the chain few times. Otherwise nothing else.

The room was large and clean, and the view was incredible. The bed was comfortable as well. Upon entry, everything looked great.

The room smelled a bit like stale cigarettes. Also, I didn't particularly appreciate how smokers could light up right outside the doors. The bathroom was too small. It didn't align with the size of the room. The door wouldn't open all the way either do to a permanent door stop on the floor.

this was one of the nicest stays my husband and I have had in our travels. Everything is modern, the rooms smelled amazing, the facility was super clean, the staff were all smiles and informative. although we didn't order room service, their menu was to die for and the prices were reasonable. The gift shop was a bit expensive like you would pay at an airport gift shop, lol. But other than that it is an exceptional hotel and casino
