I did like that it was close to the Mall of America and other things I enjoyed seeing. Also close to other attractions on my list to see...First Ave, Target Stadium, close hwy exit to Paisley Park...ect

The continental breakfast should be just that...eggs, choice of breakfast meats, and toast. Not just cold cereal and waffles and oranges. There was no choice of fruit. Im allergic to citrus fruit. I had to go to Walmart a few times.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was tasty. We got a good value for our money for our short stay. The location near major highways and the MOA was really convenient.

The room had a slight musty odor near the mini-fridge and air conditioning. The armrests on the couch were a little damp, like it had been recently cleaned but hadn't fully dried.

I like the rate I like the peace and quiet I like the comfort but I was not happy with the floors not being clean as they could have been as well as the freezer in the refrigerator being overly frosted so I could not freeze anything in it otherwise everything was great

as I said the only thing I really didn't like was the floors could have been a lot cleaner and the refrigerator freezer could have been defrosted

Everything seemed clean. The pool area is a little small but the water is warm and clean. We had 2 rooms and they both had everything you would want your hotel room to have.

My teens were swimming when the power went out. No big deal, can’t be helped BUT there was NO lights in the pool area. They didn’t have any emergency lights in the pool area and it was dark outside. Very disappointed that their safety was at risk cause of a light.

I liked the convenience

Staff was very unprofessional when I entered the facility. I stood there for 5mins. Being ignored until I spoke up. Noone was in the lobby but me . Three employees were talking among themselves while I stood there waiting to be served. I received an apology, but the damage of unprofessionalism was done.

I'm just going to say, it was a quality experience. That being good.

Didn't really put any thought in the the not light because nothing came up that really rubbed me the wrong way other than the pool closing last night 10 minutes to 10 rather than 10. I was standing at the door of my towel at 10:00 that wasn't open..

Evrything Overall.! Breakfast could use some updates but stay was as expected an amazong get away for our first vist to minnesota.

The lack of breakfast. Most hotels i've traveled to include at least one meat optopn and hard boiled eggs to go along with the waffles.

Taylor was the best employee ever! He spoke to and treated us like long time friends and not just guests, made the stay infinitely more enjoyable, THANK YOU MR. TAYLOR!

The breakfast could have had more variety of options

Spacious room, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator so appreciated on this trip. You don’t always find these amenities anymore—even on top end hotels. It really made my stay more comfortable.

Some items were a little worn or scuffed in room but that can happen anywhere.

Everything was perfect quiet nice location there's was comfortable my kids was happy the breakfast was delicious home sweet home.

I wanted to extend my stay but unfortunately the hotel got booked up too quick so I had to check out
