I like the rate I like the peace and quiet I like the comfort but I was not happy with the floors not being clean as they could have been as well as the freezer in the refrigerator being overly frosted so I could not freeze anything in it otherwise everything was great

as I said the only thing I really didn't like was the floors could have been a lot cleaner and the refrigerator freezer could have been defrosted

Everything seemed clean. The pool area is a little small but the water is warm and clean. We had 2 rooms and they both had everything you would want your hotel room to have.

My teens were swimming when the power went out. No big deal, can’t be helped BUT there was NO lights in the pool area. They didn’t have any emergency lights in the pool area and it was dark outside. Very disappointed that their safety was at risk cause of a light.

I liked the convenience

Staff was very unprofessional when I entered the facility. I stood there for 5mins. Being ignored until I spoke up. Noone was in the lobby but me . Three employees were talking among themselves while I stood there waiting to be served. I received an apology, but the damage of unprofessionalism was done.

I'm just going to say, it was a quality experience. That being good.

Didn't really put any thought in the the not light because nothing came up that really rubbed me the wrong way other than the pool closing last night 10 minutes to 10 rather than 10. I was standing at the door of my towel at 10:00 that wasn't open..

Taylor was the best employee ever! He spoke to and treated us like long time friends and not just guests, made the stay infinitely more enjoyable, THANK YOU MR. TAYLOR!

The breakfast could have had more variety of options

Spacious room, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator so appreciated on this trip. You don’t always find these amenities anymore—even on top end hotels. It really made my stay more comfortable.

Some items were a little worn or scuffed in room but that can happen anywhere.

Well the staff at night was amazing. They made you feel great to be there. And funny. Well at least the 2 that did my family check in. On Friday

The tolet was slanted. The halls looked dirty. With a musty smell. And the floors in the room felt sticky. Some guest were very loud.. and rude.. but other then that it was ok.

Close to the airport, affordable, breakfast and clean, front desk lady was great!

The only thing that I didn’t like was there was a very strong floral perfume smell in our room which was overpowering and no shuttle to the airport. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

We booked a room that had an overwhelming smoke smell, front desk switched us to different one that was ready without any hassle. Breakfast was more than sufficient and they had more options than I expected with some different options over the 3 days we stayed. Service was also friendly and provided us a Mall of America coupon book for free.

Pool was clean but the surrounding deck had some ants that have moved in and a lot of loose gravel that hurt to walk on.

Great Price, nice location,cleanliness & friendly staffs.

For breakfast its ok but would like to suggest if you at leadt have eggs serve and keep water open in the cafeteria like you have in the fitness room that would be great.
