Great location. Very clean room. Friendly staffs. Not to mentioned the amazing breakfast with a very beautiful and clean eating area. Love that they have fresh fruits in the front desk for grab 24 hours a day. Love that they have books that you can take with because they care. Touch Points is an amazing inspirational book that has so many topics that are very encouraging and can help guide us in our daily life. Thank you! God Bless!

Other than me catching the flu when I arrived Friday night, we had a wonderful and safe place to stayed for my daughter's dance competition weekend.

Comfortable Bed and the size of the room and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. I will definitely be back. Stayed in The King Executive Room.

The first morning I was there for Breakfast no coffee was made. The eggs and Turkey Sausage was cold and the rest of the food was brought out late. The lady who was preparing it had a bad attitude. I heard her complaining to the other staff member well I am not staying past 1 pm. Must have been short staffed but there was no reason to have a bad attitude. It goes with the job I say. LoL

Check in was quick and easy with polite staff. My room was clean to my level of satisfaction which is hard to get to. The beds were firm and comfortable. There were 4 different pillows which was appreciated. Rooms have been updated and were in good repair. I was at the end of the hall and room was quiet. Breakfast had enough options between carbs and proteins to satisfy. For the price I paid, they far exceeded my expectations.

Nothing was a problem. I did plug my phone into the wall outlet by my bed which I didn't realize needed the switch on to work. Not their problem but something to be aware of.

The gentemen that checked us in was nice and friendly. I didn't realize i booked for a handicap room he upgraded us to 2 queen beds room. The bed was comfortable. Enough charging outlets.

When we checked in that the afternoon, it smelled bad inside, and it made my eyes burn. But when we came back that night, it was fine, thankfully. The bathtub needs an update. The toilet tank just kept running after flushing. I had to fix it because it was loud gushing water sound, and it was a waste of water. The rubber flopper in the tank did not seal to keep the water from going through. I did let the front desk know upon checking out. My credit card was charged the 50 dollar deposit. I thought it was just a hold. I'm still waiting for a refund. Room #220

I had to submit a claim to my home owner's insurance. I wanted to stay here, but I could not pay upfront for the room, but my insurance would cover the cost of the room. Instead of working with me or getting my insurance company and claim number, I was told I had 30 minutes to pack up my things and leave because I felt the over 500 dollar price quoted was far more then mist customers pay for the week. Also, I think it was unfair she charged me more to stay in the disability room, and no one should be charged more if they are disabled. It is not supposed to be profit over accomullidating the disabled.

I didn't like being scolded for smoking outside the door when the employees at n8ght smoke there at night. The manager made me not want to be around her. Also, she emailed and texted me several times everyday asking me about my room everyday and it was unprofessional and too pushy.

I’ve stayed here several times and especially when I was homeless and had some medical issues to address I was able to stay there for the tests I had to have performed from the generosity of my friends and they worked together to ensure I had a safe clean place to stay while I was there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they would check in on me to ensure I was comfortable during this period of time. A lot of the staff are still there and it feels like coming home to visit whenever I decide to take a couple days to get away and stay at this location. I’m forever thankful for the wonderful staff at this location and I cannot say enough how they still look after me on my stats there. I live staying at this hotel and the breakfast is a great way to start out my days. Great job all around by everyone I’ve interacted with.

To be honest I have had no complaints any time that I’ve stayed here.

Bed was comfortable, room large enough and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Good seating for breakfast.

The toilet tank kept running, stopping, running, stopping. We closed the bathroom door so it didn't keep us awake all night. The floor under the tank, between it and the tub was always wet. We were only there one night so just told the front desk attendant when we checked out the next morning, and left a note for the cleaning staff to perhaps hand off to maintenance.

We loved our Premium King Room with Comfy Bed and two night stands. Spacious Desk with comfy desk chair plus an additional chair with ottoman. Large bathroom with spacious vanity and hanging space. Large food variety for breakfast, including eggs and meat and a pancake machine, yogurt and fruit! Staff were all very friendly. Loved the Christmas Tree with a TOP HAT on TOP! Great location near various family members in the area, and quick access to the interstate 35W to go see friends and family north of the Twin Cities. Our third stay here this year, and WE WILL BE BACK!

Bathroom sink was a bit slow, which we reported on check-out. Staff noted for it to be taken care of. Freeway noise was a concern with a room facing the interstate, but we found it wasn't a problem for us. No complaints!

The entire facility was spotless. All of the amenities worked; electrical outlets, USB ports, TV, TV remote, refrigerator, microwave, alarm clock and lamps. Breakfast had several hot entree choices.

The stairways are at the far end of the two hallways. The lobby is in the center, but the only ways to reach the upper 3 floors is to wait for a single elevator in the lobby or walk all the way to the end of the hallway to walk up one, two or three floors.

spacious, clean, quiet for the most part. warm but cooled quick/efficiently. staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options & was good! I was solo, but family ready! I may stay here again on another trip through that area in few months.

no pool, pop machine I couldn't use card, just snack machine. that's on me, not having cash with. the remote/TV signal worked, but there were times had to push multiple times for the signal to work.
