Th pool was great for the kids

Honestly the issue is not the staff it’s the guest they let in I should feel comfortable at this hotel but some of the guests was racist and rude and told us we need to go back to Minneapolis were black people live I don’t even live in Minneapolis I live in cottage grove but that’s besides the point just because trump is president does not mean people need to act a certain way be kind to everyone

Staff is amazing, we really enjoy this place and can't wait to return.

I don't feel the gate is necessary for surrounding pool so be nice to just pop out to pool area but have to find an entrance and not convenient for kids to get in and out of gate. Literally my only issue. We love this place!

Location is great and easy to find. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great and rooms were spacious. We had 3 kids with ages ranging from 5-10, very kid/family friendly!

There isn’t continental breakfast. It was great having the restaurant connected and food was great as well as their staff, but is spendy. Kids under 12 eat from kids menu for free though so that was a plus.

Nice pool area except water falls is too noisy.

Need someone to monitor the pool area as there was glass alcohol bottles. Also parents drinking and not monitoring their children. Lots of running and screaming even after 10pm. Teen girls running through halls screaming till close to midnight

Couldn't adjust temp in bdrm. No Continental bkfast included. Loud people in pool area past 11 Slippery shower

The staff was awesome! Providing paper plates, napkins when door dash forgot! Cleaning services excellent when asked for towel exchange- everyone so friendly!! Added balls in Pool made my grandson happy!

The pool set up, the restaurant/bar connected to the hotel was awesome. Staff was amazing

Connected to a restaurant but also many food options nearby. Perfect pool for smaller kids!

Restaurant closes at 10 on the weekend

The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The facility was clean and appeared well taken care of. Nice pool area for kids.

The pool was cold. The coffee machine in room didn't work after replacing it twice. Staff did try to replace. Must have received poor machines as they were new from what we were told.

The pool area was perfect for what we wanted

The pool towels are tiny!! Will remember to bring our own beach towels next time...
