My family found the pool nice I liked that it was a saline pool. Having waffles are always great for breakfast. It was great having under ground parking. The storage and space in the room was perfectly sized for my family.

Bathroom in our room was not cleaned. It has smeared something on the door and shower had hair still from the previous stay. Dishes weren’t clean anywhere so I didn’t trust the real cleanliness. Late Saturday night around 7 received a knock in the door that startled me just to ask if I wanted towels but the person knocking didn’t have towels, that should probably be handled with a call if you don’t even have towels, I was getting out of the shower and the guy knocked twice so I thought it was my husband without his room key.

Having a kitchen included was very helpful after bringing back the included breakfast. Everything needed was there. The room was spacious with a small couch for two to sit and watch TV if desired. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for the price.

Very little to improve upon for me.Some more larger towels would have been helpful for us. Cold at first and took a while to heat the room up. Not many channels for the TV, no music or dance to hear or see.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The room virtually has a kitchen with all that is included. The sofa is a great place to view the television. The bed was quite comfortable. The location is easy to get to and from, next to two interstate highways. We keep coming back to this hotel for stays.

Not much could have been better, stronger lighting options would help if you needed to read in bed. Perhaps a robe to have when exiting the shower.

Small the bed. The curtains didnt block completely the windows and let some light enter the room. I asked for a taxi service and the receptionist told me that they accept credit card, but when I was paying the driver told me he didnt accept payment with card, lucky I have some cash with me.

Property smelled great in lobby- coffee-bright open space for check in on second floor. Check in desk clerk had a genuine smile and checked me in early and quickly.

May make me old but the tv was hard to work and since I don’t remember any passcodes for streaming I was stuck with regular tv

The one bedroom suite was very spacious and I liked that it had the kitchenette. I liked that it was close to valley fair and mall of America. Although it wasn’t right across the street, they were both a short drive and the room was far less expensive. Lots of restaurants and store close to the hotel within walking distance as well was nice. Ample parking and a market in the same parking lot was such a bonus!

The hot tub was down for the entire 5 days we were there which was a downer. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst continental breakfasts I’ve had. There were very few options and often most things were empty with no one refilling them. The only other thing was the hidabed was terribly uncomfortable. I mean I knew it would be and my son was the one sleeping on it so I don’t care but for any adult who is planning to sleep on it, maybe book a room with an actual 2nd bed instead.

We love staying here every year. The hotel is very clean and the beds are super comfy. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the outdoor patio is great as well. Will always return to this hotel 😊

The room was big and clean. there was free underground parking which was helpful during a blizzard! Staff were friendly and helpful.

the pool and hot tub were small and usually crowded. Also, they allow dogs and one time there was poop in the elevator and another time there was pee. however, it got cleaned up quickly

Your front desk person was excellent. I think her name was Brenda. All the staff I spoke with were very professional.

The kitchen had some broken handles on the cabinets and the shade on the window was damaged

Breakfase is fresh and good, and the hotel location is close to mall and grocery shop that we like to hang around. also resturants near hotel is convenience for us.
