It was easy to find. The room we had was very clean! It was nice to have a tv for each area of our suite. The breakfast was top notch! Fantastic! Make to my preference omelets were great! Love it!

The bed we had was very hard and not comfortable, in my opinion. My son slept on the pull out sofa bed and he didn’t have another blanket except the thin top sheet so he was cold during the night. I would’ve called for one except I wasn’t aware he didn’t have another blanket until the morning. I also didn’t like that I have to pay for parking. I’m paying to stay there why should I have to pay to park?!

The room we ended up in was beautiful. the beds comfortable. We liked the sink in the bar area, and expecially the one in the bedroom. It was helpful with several people in the room and left the bathroom free.

Was dissapointed in trying to check in. Not emough staff to handle all the prople checking in at 4pm. The rooms I requested wer ot right. I asked for rooms togeather. with double beds in one and one as a single. the rooms were not togeather. and the double unded up being a single. Too much going back and forth to fix the mistake. Was sad as it is a beautiful hotel. And the pool that the kiks were looking forward to was not in service.

We have booked a room before this and it turned out to be a disaster! The room was dirty, smelled bad and a hotel staff walked in (the other hotel) So for the safety of My kids I did some searching online and found your hotel. It was 100 times better than the previous one. When you first walk in it smells wonderful, the view from the lobby was my favorite, the room was a great size, the free breakfast, snacks and drinks were great as well. Your hotel definitely exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay again if we end up back In Minnesota or a state that has another Embassy. Thank you!

If I had to pick I would say to have the pool a little warmer. It was a little cold for my kids and I.

Overall room was clean. The refrigerator, microwave, and iron were in good condition and worked well. Breakfast was delicious and I was extremely happy to see that most of the food had lids. The made-to-order omelettes is a great perk and the the chefs and waitstaff are very friendly and welcoming. This is my second time staying here and I will be back because of the great location (near a Target and other stores are within walking distance) and the made-to-order omelettes.

Sheets had a weird stain which could've been dryer damage. I couldn't tell though. However, I asked for new sheets and the hotel quickly replaced my sheets, literally within 15 min.

When I walked in the hotel it SMELLED amazing. I came with my husband and our 4 kids ages 3 mo -12yo we stayed two nights and this hotel was so good to us. The front desk staff was friendly and professional the house keepers were also very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was 10/10 ! Bring cash to tip because it’s free but it’s so good you’ll want to tip. There’s a restaurant/bar in the lobby ! Loved the voucher for a free drink!

Please buy sleeves for your coffee cups. The coffee was SO hot I had to put two cups so it didn’t burn my hand lol also there was a few things in the room that needed some attention like the shower drain plug thing was broken and under the sink in the bedroom there’s a wooden panel that was broken but everything else about the hotel was so amazing I couldn’t complain. They offered a Hilton Honors program I joined to hopefully receive a cheaper rate for our room the 2nd night and they said they would price match and add an additional 25% off if we found cheaper but the terms and conditions apparently made it so they couldn’t price match? Idk but that was weird so it was cheaper to book through a third party.

I liked being able to pick my room with the app and check in without stopping at the front desk. The breakfast was great (and free) with many options and the guy made wonderful omelettes! Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job. The pool was larger than most hotel pools with a deeper end which was nice for adults. Loved the pool. I was able to park close to the building. Easy to get to Mall of America by just taking Amer. Blvd all the way there. Friendly and welcoming hotel with free drinks at social hour and mostly quiet and comfortable. The atrium is very nice also. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a old musty smell and the bathroom was really musty. I think because there was mold at the bottom of the shower curtain and no ventilation in the room. The lady at the front desk was really friendly but the guy that was there when we were checking out acted as though he was annoyed. Would have been nice to be able to rent a movie through the tv.

All staff were friendly! Bed was comfortable. We liked the suite style so our young son could get to bed early and we could stay up front and watch tv for an extra few hours.

A lot of guests hang out in the dining area late into the evening making for a very loud place to try and sleep. Children running up and down halls and using elevators. Out of control of hotel staff of course, so no blame to them! Our room didn’t have a young child friendly shower, but we knew this when booking so just an FYI if you have babies!

the room was nice size. The breakfast was excellent. The staff when we checked in was nice, but it was a slow process, as she was alone, her help left her for dinner. She was very pleasant in spite of the line in front of her.

What I did not like was the one staff member who seemed to be not to like his job. My husband asked him if the room was ready and the front desk employee which was a man, said no, but when my husband informed him that I has requested an early check in, the front desk employee, got belligerent with him. That same employee was there when we checked out and he was not hospitable to anyone. Second the bathroom was outdated and clean very well upon looking at it.

The hotel was clean and beautiful and the food was exceptional! The rooms were spacious and clean and not cluttered.

1 drink at the bar (long island ice tea) was $18, which seems very expensive. Our bar tender at the bar that is in the hotel did not use gloves or tongs to grab the lemons and cherries in my beverage and instead used her bare hands to grab and squeeze all of the lemons that she put in my drink. We visited the bar on August 3rd, 2025.

The sofa bed was broken, no blanket, no pillows. The sofa bed was repaired enough to sleep on, and a blanket and a pillow was provided. Our room was made available exactly at 4:05 and not a minute prior. The staff came to where I was waiting and assured me the room would be ready as soon as possible. The breakfast buffet was beyond excellent! Totally by accident, I was 7 minutes from my appointment. The location was excellent. Both the morning and night staff were excellent and provided service as soon as possible.

We drove quite far and long to stay at the Embassy Suites. We were not local. We were tired and pressed for a 5:30 appointment. The stress of our room not available until 4 and then delayed further by the sofa bed broken added to our frustration. Maintenance was called and arrived at 5:20 to inform us the bed was actually broken. We had to leave with the thought of "do they plan to fix it?" They were able to put it in working order for the night, as we found out when we returned. The front desk never answered their phone so we had to physically ask for a blanket and a pillow.
