This hotel was centralized with all the places we were traveling. The shower stuff provided was awesome! The breakfast was great! Good options!

The light in the entry was obnoxiously buzzing when on (we just stopped using it), and the hot tub and pool…. NEED to be cleaned! There was nasty stuff at the bottom of the pool. The hot tub had gross slimy stuff around the edges and particles floating around along side with a bandage. Which some of these things we did not see till the jets started going to move things around. Other wise everything was clean and nice. The shower items provided are awesome!

Good location with free shuttle bus to MSP

I booked this for my son,18yo, so he could catch his flight on time. But he had problems at checkin because supposedly the hotel policy is "no one can check in [on their own] at less than 21yo".! This got sorted out somehow, for which many thanks! But if it had not my son may have not had accomodation for the night! I consider this "21 policy" should be highlighted on booking.com so as to prevent future confusion and worry. Many Thanks!

The Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Room had a microwave and refrigerator. Great AC. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the waffles. Shuttle was available. Pool was available.

The refrigerator had to be reset to turn back on after every 2 hours. A little more variety for breakfast would have been nice. Needed a lamp/light for the desk.

Stayed at a different hotel for business before checking into the Fairfield for my extended, personal stay. For the price difference between them and the Fairfield, the value was much better the Fairfield. Lower cost same comfort, amenities, cleanliness and a very good breakfast

Breakfast was fantastic! Bed was super comfortable. Shuttle was clean, driver was super friendly, and I didn't wait more than 5 minutes. 24 hour beverages and fruit were nice too. I would stay there again.

I was bummed out that the hot tub was not working because I was really looking forward to it. The staff was friendly, but a couple of them kind of made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when I asked a question.

The room was perfect. We arrived after midnight and after learning our luggage did not make the trip we were so happy the woman at the desk could find toothbrushes and toothpaste for us!

Mark (the shuttle driver) was helpful and professional. And the cage-free eggs at breakfast were fluffy and tasty—the best eggs I’ve had at self-serve hotel breakfast.

The staff was great, I was having a little trouble checking in when we got there but I was patient and let her do her job and we got checked in, the hotel transportation people were great and had great attitudes

I was a little disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn't working and I felt the hot breakfast could've been cooked a little better but my overall stay was great

Breakfast was great! Perfect amount of food and excellent coffee. Everyone that worked there was super friendly.

Convenient location to the airport and shuttle. They are having staffing problems and cannot run the shuttle 24/7 But that did not affect us personally.

It is a nice property however they have a small canteen where you should be able to buy snacks, lite meals, etc. and this would be very useful for people coming in, as many of the guests do from inbound flights which arrive after restaurants are closed. However they have virtually nothing for sale. Their inventory was entirely depleted except for ice cream and a few candy bars and chips. This is a mistake because it would be a great convenience and frankly a revenue source for them. There is no Covid excuse not to have those items stocked because they’re available in the grocery store.
