The staff was friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the continental breakfast. It was quiet and peaceful at nights. We both had no trouble sleeping in the king suite beds. I was very happy to see a keurig machine in my room with k-cups available, as I love coffee. We appreciated you providing plenty of bathroom supplies for my girlfriend and I for 3 days and nights. The scents of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were pleasant. The TV worked great, and we had a variety of channels to choose from. Lastly, the location. You're tucked into a peaceful little area right off the expressway, with a coffee shop and bar & grille nearby. 30 mins from Mall of America. We really enjoyed our stay. We will stay with you when we visit Minnesota again! Thank you for everything!

The elevator sounded a little rough. My girlfriend was a little scared to get on it, but we got used to it after using it a few times.

Perfect weekend getaway for my kids and I. Pool was very clean and kept up. Had separate area with water slide for younger kids. Delicious hot breakfast with many options. We made our own Belgian waffles, they served eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, fruit, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, and chocolate and white milk. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, room was very clean! Really was a blast! We’ll be staying again for sure! Pricing was very affordable too.

The only 2 things I would say could use improvement is the parking lot had not been plowed from the previous snow storm so when we parked we stepped out into a foot of wet slush. I can imagine that may be a little trouble some for handicapped. The other thing was the railing going into the pool was very wiggly and needs to be tightened. But truly very minor things that can be fixed in less than an hour. And I’m sure it’s hard to plow when the parking lot is full. I would return back to that hotel and stay again in a heartbeat! We will be back for sure.

The property is located very close to the freeway and many large shopping areas with a good variety of restaurant options. The hotel has plenty of parking and is easy to access from the freeway. The staff is friendly and the many of the issues I’ve encountered in past stays had been remedied.

There is a lot of road construction in the area, which is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel property is well maintained and the amenities are good. The room we stayed in could have used a coat of paint and the carpet had a few sticky spots.

This has become our “go to” hotel that we stay at when we come to Minneapolis / St. Paul. This time, we were in town for the Minnesota Wild game. The hotel is in a convenient location with nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel has great amenities such as complimentary breakfast, laundry room, exercise room, elevators, snacks for purchase, etc. Overall, we were pleased with our stay, and we plan to stay again in the near future!

The water pressure on our shower head was low.

Location. Free parking. Dog friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was outstanding. The rooms were spotless. The pool was perfect. The access to the Tavern Grill across the parking lot was ideal. (It featured good food, GREAT service, and a beautiful outdoor patio with a fireplace. And dog friendly.)

We always wish the price was lower wherever we stay. Labor Day weekend is obviously a popular time, but we stayed from Friday-Monday, not a popular time for the business traveler, etc., so I wish there had been a multi-night or senior discount. We also had AAA. No discount.

The location of the hotel was convenient. The hotel was modern and clean with great amenities (complimentary breakfast, guest computers, elevator, swimming pool, spacious parking, wifi, store to purchase snacks, etc.) The hotel staff were friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious. The price for our room was a great value. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area.

Love the dispensers in the shower. The bar of hand soap in the bathroom smelled so so good! The beds were very comfortable! Loved the complimentary breakfast and the coffee too! All of the staff were very kind.

My sheets had a couple stains and I found a couple filled pretzels under my bed (there’s a board underneath at the foot of my bed so it only goes under about 5 inches or so) so the floor wasn’t cleaned

The pool was great! We were traveling with our 6 year old great-grandson and he thoroughly enjoyed the children's pool. The front desk staff was friendly, accommodating, and courteous. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the airport.

Our room wasn't replenished with towels and other items on the days they were supposed to be done. Their was a little difficulty with the cleaning staff understanding requests when we encountered them in the hallway outside our room.

The hotel is close to a shopping area and restaurants. It has great amenities such as swimming pool, fitness center, elevator, complimentary breakfast, snacks for purchase, etc. The hotel staff were friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. Overall, we enjoyed our staff and definitely plan on staying again when we visit the Minneapolis / St Paul area.

The mattress in our room was worn and uncomfortable.

When checking in we asked if we could have rooms near other family and the front desk made it happen so we were thankful. The staff was so nice we ended up booking for another night after we checked out.

toilet in pool area kept clogging up when flushing when multiple people used it. pool 1 the water was cold and the hot tub water seemed a little too hot when you first get in almost scalding.
