The staff at breakfast were so nice and welcoming. Also it’s a great price and location if you’re going down to the festival in the park. Love the fact there is free breakfast and dinner, a pool, and free alcoholic drinks during happy hour.

The walls I’m guessing were a little thin because you could hear your neighbours toilets flushing, the maid service didn’t complete the turn down service when we called the beds were still unmade when we got back and there was a sticky spot on the floor. Also, the parking lot got full really quickly because there are more rooms than spots available in the lot but that was likely due to the festival being on.

Honestly, we've stayed at many hotels in the U.S. and abroad. We're from KC. This...might be the best hotel we've stayed in, and I mean it. The lobby is exceptional, the room was spotless, the staff went above and beyond as if it was second nature. The pool was clean, the elevators worked well. When you stay somewhere as a family, the best things are in the small stuff, the mundane details, and you guys do that better than anywhere else I can recall. Seriously! Thank you. We had stayed at another hotel 30 minutes northeast for one night, and it was atrocious. In between searching images of what a bed bug looks like and politely asking a drunk bride to relocate her shouting festival at 2:15am, we looked up other hotels, found the Drury Plaza Downtown St. Paul, and rolled the dice. I am so glad we did. We fell in love with St. Paul on this trip, and we'll be staying at this Drury many times in the coming years. The location couldn't be more convenient. Don't change anything. You earned loyal customers these last 4 days. Heck, I even wondered if you guys do timeshares! This also reminds me, I need to sign up with your loyalty program. Drury will be my go-to from here on out, based on this experience.

Listen to me: don't change anything inside! The amenities, the people, the details. You've got it. Outside, the parking lot seemed to have a few non-patrons hanging out sometimes, but I'm not sure what else you could do to mitigate that. Ensuring security of the cars with a manned gate might help, but it was never any issue, and any and all were friendly. All in all a great experience!

It was a lovely stay. The drinks and snack were plentiful and a wide selection. This actually ended up being our dinner. Then breakfast was good they had pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages, and hash browns. The room was spacious and good for our family.

The room was not cleaned properly but was quickly rectified by staff while we had snacks and drinks. Then I would say not having access to the pop machine as it was turned off even though they had no sign posted in regards to this. Pop or soda was available all day the other Drury Hotels we have stayed at and closed at 7:30pm and opened next morning at breakfast.

Its a great location, most of the staff was nice and social mainly housekeepers, definitely gave great amenities for the price we pay love the setup of separating the bedroom from common area in the room allows more privacy, housekeepers are great, love the security of the building so us and our children feel safe

Most of the staff were social but some weren’t because management would make them feel like talking to visitors was wrong when really housekeepers and stuff are our consistent contact so allowing them to give a good customer service as well is great and harmless… just a little favoritism racially when I’m sorry but all our money is the same color so to discipline or speak to the minority children only and make them feel like the problem is wrong but never controlled the other children running through the hotel playing on us other customers room doors and etc also beds super uncomfortable my back is killing me

Hotel was very nice, clean environment, staff very polite, friendly and helpful, hot breakfast included throughout your stay and they have a hot dinner period included in your stay. They gave my wife and I each 3 drink vouchers during the lunch period from the bar. They have a full bar in the hotel that have a kitchen where you can get food and drinks until 12am when the dinner period is over. There is a ATM in the hotel vending service. When you are in this hotel you have very little to go buy other than of you plan to go shopping at the mall or go for activities and site seeing.

I wish they had a fire stick service on the tv or apps on the tv for the guest to log into their tv subscription if they wanted to

Loved the 5:30-7 buffet and free drink offers, the breakfast, clean pool, clean room, that housekeeping cleaned the room even though we were there, hotel appearance and cleanliness, that doors were secure, staff were mostly accommodating

Guy at front desk said he was comping both days of parking for a check in hiccup and only one was comp’d, need more pillows on bed cause they are too squishy, would be better to have k-cup coffee pot in rooms for people to bring their own brews, need plastic bags in garbage cans in rooms, need ventilation fans in bathrooms to allow shower moisture out, have gluten free bread options at breakfast or at least some in the freezer to be able to request so they don’t go to waste for those with allergies, gal at desk was not helpful when we arrived 55 minutes earlier than check-in- said nothing was available, but when someone else looked- he was able to get us checked in.

This is our go to spot! The price if you go on the right day is awesome- not to mention they offer kick back drinks.. and 3 hot meals! That's truly unbeatable! And the food.. SUPER GOOD

Kick back, 3 meals a day, always nice staff, clean rooms, decent pool, price point is good, its location is great, overall we love this hotel- this is our go to hotel if it's not priced to high but even if it is a higher priced weekend/ weekday the included 3 meals makes up for it because you would spend more going out for every meal!

Drury hotels are amazing for families - the included breakfast and dinnertime are such a great value (and very tasty!). The suite option let us keep our kiddos in a separate dark room for their naps and early bedtimes, while adults could still hang out in the bedroom area.

In our room, the air conditioning makes LOUD clicks every time it cycles on and off. This made it very hard to get a good night’s sleep. We also never received housekeeping services - we asked twice to have our room done during the morning hours since we come back to the room for afternoon naps, but it was never done in time, so we just went without.

Easy to reach from the highway. Large room, very quiet even with quite a few guests staying there. One of the best free breakfasts offered by a hotel chain. Evening happy hour was nice: great bartender, but food on offer was a bit lackluster. Front staff were able to accommodate me and get me a room even though I arrived earlier than the standard 3 pm check-in.

You literally need a "key" to access the lobby from all doors, so if no one is at the front desk you're stuck waiting around til someone shows up to check you in! I could understand needing key access after 10 pm or midnight, but in the middle of the day is kind of odd as the locale doesn't seem high-crime. Hotel is a good 20-25 minute walk to most touristy areas people may want to visit and also the Xcel Arena for sports/concerts/conventions. $14/day for uncovered parking is a bit steep.

The convenience of the location, on site parking, the complimentary snacks and drinks,the cleanliness of the hotel and above all the comfortability of my bed made for a great stay.

I didn't like how the late night staff was not knowledgeable of the correct location of the ice machines which had me on a wild goose chase, but later was told that he was fairly new, but it was still a bit frustrating considering it was really late n I was tired and thirsty for a glass of ice water.
