The location, right next to Excel Energy Stadium! Bars and food places right next door and across the street! The ladies at the check in desk are absolutely wonderful people! We will go back in 3 years for the next Ghost Ritual! Can't wait!!!

I didn't like that we had no option for self parking and that it cost 72.00 plus tax. Maybe have a cheaper parking rate for people who stay more than 1 day? It would be nice if there were scrambled eggs, and bacon added to breakfasts foods for us people who can't have sugar or carbs.

Everything was perfect. We loved staying there so close to the Excel Center. The staff was exceptional- so super nice & told us great places to eat. We went to their best suggestion, the Downtowner & enjoyed a fantastic meal. Having valet parking is so wonderful & everyone is so helpful & kind. We will be staying there again. My grandsons & husband thought it was the nicest hotel they’d ever stayed at. Thank you for making our Christmas gift to our grandsons such an awesome weekend. We loved especially the 2 ladies at the front desk. Such great people!!

The staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a refrigerator. We stayed for 4 nights. If you plan to go to events at the Xcel Energy Center, this location is wonderful! It was a 20-minute ride from MSP airport (about $35 by cab) and a short walk across the road to the X (we went to 2 hockey games during our stay). The hotel has on-site valet parking (for a fee) but we didn't need a car. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We also walked to tourist attractions: the science museum (5 minute walk), the Cathedral and MN History Center (about a 15 minute walk). Breakfast was included with our room and offered hot and cold options: eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit and muffins.

The breakfast was just OK, not great (except the morning they had omelets with cheese: those were very good!). The air conditioner/heater in the room seemed loud. Otherwise, no complaints.

If I knew there was a hockey game during our stay I'd would have stayed far away!! I did not want to pay $35 for valet parking. After circling the block and half the city a few times I had to give in and hand the keys over. We stayed two nights so $70 to park my car twice. At some point I'll laugh about it! The breakfast was excellent and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Not sure why I thought there would be a microwave in the room since there was the standard mini fridge. There is a microwave near the check in desk but a hassle if you're heating up food for 4 people! We were on the 2nd floor so it felt like a parade going to and from the microwave with plates of food. Also, the coffee in the room is just for emergencies! If you can put clothes on and manage your bed head its worth going to the lobby to get your morning coffee. It's well worth the effort!

Excellent location for the reason we were in town. We went to a concert at the XCel Center. Perfect location to walk to the venue.

Everything worked out great. The air conditioning quit working in our room but maintenance was quickly on it and they were very nice! We ended up being moved to another room but it wasn't a major ordeal.

Great location for our needs. Went for our daughter's law school graduation. Walking distance to Roy Wilkens Auditorium. Good food spots within 3 minute walk.huge shout out to the Maintenace crew. They couldn't fix the first room's faulty lock and they went down and got us another room from clerk, went to that room with the new keys and made sure the lock worked before bringing us the keys and telling us where to go.

Long check in. The hotel over booked our room. Reserved king suite for wife and I. Received double queen suite. First room, lock didn't work. Maintenance tried repairing it but the device had been out off power so long that it lost its programming. Floor inside was sticky. Appeared it was mopped with dirty water.

Staff is great, everything was clean and the breakfast was tasty and fresh. It's a great place to stay if you're travelling with family.

Free parking was not provided, a valet service is available but the cost can be prohibitive if you're travelling on a budget. There is metered parking available on the streets nearby though.

The receptionist is very helpful.

The table in the center of the room was dusty and with several hairs. I also wish there were a restaurant in the hotel for the late arriving guests to order food. There were drunk people and weird-behaved people on the street if you want to walk to a restaurant at night.

Breakfast was varied and well kept. Very enjoyable. The hotel is located close to the Excel, the history center, and restaurants and within walking distance of St Paul. Parking is by valet only and while I prefer to park myself, the valet attendants were cordial and quick. The room was very comfortable. There were many restaurants nearby, especially Cossetta's - a must see.

The room was comfy and well maintained with an excellent view of the river valley. Staff were super friendly especially to my five year old kid.

The breakfast was only ok but it’s hard to complain too much about a free breakfast. The shower head was also only ok. It got the job done.
