The gym and pool was nice, the washing room was nice to have. The staff were friendly and the room was pretty nice.

It was very overpriced for what it was, the parking was very expensive and it was not explained to us on check in so we had to pay an extra 9$ for 15 minutes parking. Our washing tablets were taken from our room. The room wasn’t that clean and the shower/bath was disgusting. The restaurant was closed both nights we were there. There were a lot of homeless people around the area and all the surrounding roads were under construction.

The location was great. Easy to get on highways to explore. I was there for a concert and could walk to the Exel Center and not deal with traffic there. I like the checkin and checkout option through the app on my phone. The room was clean and the blackout curtains were great!

Better lighting, there were only two lamps and at night the room felt very dark. The bathroom feels outdated, and even though it was clean, the setup and style makes it feel not as tidy. I was excited to be away from the main elevators and the sound, but then found I was right next to the housekeeping closet and could not avoid the noise from them doing their job.

It was a nice room and I had a pleasant view from my floor, back over St Paul towards the cathedral. I was given water and a warm cookie on arrival and more water in my departure. My room had a microwave and a coffee machine which was handy. The onsite bar is cool and I had a burger there one night that was tasty. It is a quick walk through the Skyway to Excel Arena and reception has Skyway instructions to a few locations, from the hotel - there is an entry point to the Skyway directly from the hotel.

With all the road works out the front, it was hard to find the entrance point. There could have been better signage.

Breakfast was just what I needed.

There was a lot of noise from the cleaning staff area near my room. One night a worker was using a VERY LOUD vaccuum cleaner from 10:00 to 10:10PM. Also, Booking listed my last name as my first name, so the desk could not find my reservation when I checked in!! Booking needs to CORRECT this for future bookings!!! I mean you, Booking.com!

kind of confusing on where to park originally wish they would’ve sent a little guide on where to park. i stressed out about it for a solid 20 minutes. being downtown and i don’t mix very well.

there was only a restaurant on the second floor and a homeless man came into it and started harassing the customers and staff for money etc.

We were not notified that we needed cards to eat breakfast as price was included in stay. Another couple had paid for their breakfast 2 days in a row stating they thought it was included. We had to inform them to go to front desk to get voucher. Also upon checkout I was surprised with a $22 parking fee which apparently I was notified about. This should have been more obvious. We can choose the nights, amount of people, etc. It should then ask if you need to park a car to add that to total. These two things soured my stay and view of hotel.

The front desk staff was very helpful. No hassle about anything, and the free cookies were nice and warm! No complaints at all!

The parking was very expensive. I spent over fifty dollars during my one-night stay. I understand it's just the nature of being in downtown Saint Paul, but it's something I wasn't anticipating. If I'd have known, I would have just parked a block down in a place that's $5 overnight.

The location was great and the beds were comfy! It was perfect for a downtown wedding I attended - central and surrounded by lots of attractions. Coffee in the room was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious.

I would have liked to see parking included in the price. Additionally, some light brekky items would have been appreciated, though there are many delicious brekky spots around. A quick grab-n-go option would be perfect for people like me who were on the go.

Staff at Front Desk was EXTREMLY friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Valet parking staff was friendly but, they did not lock my car and it was gone through. Change was taken from my car. Bar tender gave me wrong change (over $35 less then I was supposed to receive). When I told him he still gave me the wrong change back.

Really liked that there was a restaurant/bar in the facility. we were able to grab a bite and a beer before our evening hockey game.

The restaurant/bar was closed because of the weather on day 2. There was a breakfast area, but at check in, we were told it served until 10, nope apparently it was 9. Made it difficult to get any food. Probably won’t recommend anyone stay here in the winter, as it closes down food availability, unless you plan on bringing your own food. We had to go to eat at another hotel’s restaurant. I wonder how they could be open and our’s wasn’t?.
