I loved the privacy of the 1 bedroom apartment style room. There were 3 of us and we each had an area to ourselves. Two of us are a couple and had the bedroom, which had its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. Our friend had the comfortable fold out couch in the living room/kitchen area which also had its own full bathroom. We didn't use the balcony, but it had one with a table and 6 chairs. The place also has a laundry room and a fitness room. I would totally recommend this place. Also The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only thing I did not like was that there wasn't a TV in the bedroom. There was a TV but it was in the living room. As a person who needs the TV on to fall asleep that was a problem for me, but not everyone needs or cares if there's a TV in their bedroom. There is also currently a lot of downtown construction going on next to the hotel. It should be done by the end of the year though. They are putting in new pipes underground.

Staff was so kind and helpful!!! Room was super comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, dining set, good size bathroom. There are two elevators, a laundry room, a well equipped gym and a big comfortable lobby. The location is close to several restaurants, an upscale grocery store, and bus and light rail stops. The cost was reasonable for such wonderful facilities.

NOT A COMPLAINT: Construction sounds, sirens and typical big city noises could be heard if the sliding door was open. This is to be expected. If we kept the sliding door closed, noises were barely noticeable.

The room was like brand new complete with a kitchenette which included a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave oven, coffee maker, pots n pans and utensils. Huge flat screen TV, fast free WIFI, dining table and a comfy bed. The bathroom was really nice with a shower stall and extra towels n toilet paper. Close walk to Xcel Energy Centre and downtown.

No, continental breakfast or list of restaurants nearby plus you have to pay for parking. I really had to put google to work finding a nearby convenient store which is cleverly hidden on 2nd floor of USBank building which is down the street. 601 kitchen in US Bank building offers a fabulous breakfast.

Impressed and pleased with the whole concept. Easy, well-maintained, comfortable bed and pillows (I had to peek inside the pillow case so I can buy one for myself). The kitchen had all the basic utensils we needed for cooking a simple breakfast.

The only thing that needs improvement is that the air conditioning blows wind on your face regardless of which side of the bed you sleep on. Even moving the air flow up it still hits the ceiling and blows directly on your face. We had to use thick napkins and hair pins to block the flow from being so direct. Moving the bed was not an option, too heavy. People should know that this is not a typical hotel in which your room gets made every day. You need to request it via their app. All pretty easy, though.

The room was the perfect size for one or two people, it included a kitchen and full-size refrigerator as I like to cook breakfast and lunch to save a few bucks. The facility was modern, clean with a comfortable bed. The check-in checkout process was seamless and easy. The lounge area on the main floor was a nice place to do a little work with the change of venue.

There are limited services available, but this is no problem for me and I’m sure provides the lower cost and better value versus neighboring properties.

Location was good for our downtown activities. Well maintained except for some minor items in the bathroom. Comfortable bed and all that we needed for kitchenette.

The air conditioning seemed constantly cooling which was appropriate for the summer outdoor temps but the bedding was just a sheet and a down comforter. We would have liked a midweight blanket to bridge the two extremes so we didn't have to throw off and on the comforter all night with the cool air.

The location was great. It was right in downtown so easy to get around. The freeways are right near so easy to get on and off in any direction you need to go. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very new and clean. the fitness center was very spacious and had all the equipment you could need. I ran by the river which is just down from the hotel and very pretty path.

It had funny smells in the halls. Maybe because the units have kitchens and people are cooking but the rooms didnt have that. Just in the halls

It was a nice clean room with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and good wifi; the (minimal) staff were helpful.

Check-in was painful as the remote check in app didn't work well with my phone camera and online customer support was not responsive. It appears to be related to fact that Marriott bought the property and systems are in the middle of being integrated (?). It ended up taking 90 minutes to get access!

The Sonder at the Fitz was clean and comfortable. The check-in instructions were clear and concise. The room was equipped with everything we needed to prepare a meal. Having free laundry was great added value. The staff was helpful and attentive when we had a problem with our TV.

The picture on Google Maps is of the Landmark Center so finding the location was misleading ( thinking it was the wrong place because the picture wasn’t the actual building).

Halls and elevators not as clean as when I was there in December. Halls were being painted so fans ran all the time. There should be a door on laundry room or hours at which washer/dryer are available. Someone dried a noisy load for several hours late at night.
