Room was spacious and very comfortable. We liked the large shower with complimentary toiletries, the water filling feature on the ice machine and especially the secured onsite parking. Breakfast was great, and we made use of the hotel bar as well. Fitness room was great!

Location was ok, but construction in the area made travel a little tricky. Pool area was over run with small children so couldn't make use of that. Would've liked a spa/hot tub instead of the splash pad.

So clean! Everything was beautiful! Very safe -had to use room key to get to any floor on elevator. Staff great! Best beds and pillows! Quiet room even though in middle of downtown but we were there on Monday night. Breakfast had fresh food and fresh fruit! Strong coffee! No stains on carpet in hallways like all other hotels we stayed in the last week on our cross country and back road trip ! I will be staying in Springhill Suites from now on! Thanks Marriott Bonvoy! I totally did not mind paying $25 for parking bc it kept our giant lifted truck in a safe parking garage that actually fit!

Extra pillow/s would have been nice but def not deal breaker

We had a late night check in because we were coming from NYC. I called ahead to ask them if pools were working and it was. (Sole reason why I had decided to stay here with family. We had some issues with the television and I was surprised that the staff member came upstairs to personally check on the tv and they had switched us to another room.

When I initially called to see if the pool was operating, they sent me an email indicating it wasn’t working (third party site). Turns out it was working, but the lady on the phone seemed very cold.

We traveled to St Paul for the Montreal-Minnesota PWHL game amid a winter snowstorm. We arrived early, and Kristy at the front desk went above and beyond to help and make us feel welcome! She helped us with pool time, an early check-in, and directions to the arena. She also gave us personalized recommendations for spending time in St. Paul and helped us when we needed to extend our stay. Staying at SpringHill was seamless and a highlight of our trip. Location, room comfort, and breakfast were all excellent, but honestly - it was Kristy at the front desk who really made the difference. Thank you!

Pool area for kids was great && breakfast was excellent. The evening staff did a wonderful job to make sure my experience was better than when I arrived.

The lady that checked me in did not seem like she wanted me to checking. Not sure what the problem was but I did not get the information I know I was supposed to receive as far as where the pool was located , where the parking lot was and where breakfast would be sold. She also didn’t do much to find my Marriot Bonvoy account. Her customer services skill were not welcoming and she made me uncomfortable.

Amazing location, loved how clean our room was. Kimberly at the front desk was more than amazing she was super sweet and friendly and kept a smile on her face. The breakfast was yummy and my daughter enjoyed the pool. We had an early check out and Kimberly allowed my daughter to get a couple Easter eggs so that put that icing on the cake.

This was our first time staying at a Springhill Suites hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. We liked the suite style of the rooms and the pleasant modern decor. The room was spacious. Really appreciated the coffee bar in the morning down in the lobby and workout facilities and the car charging station behind the hotel.

Advertised as hotel charging station should be in their parking lot not public.

Great location. Loved the ability to park easily and right on sight. Very clean. Comfortable. Super quiet which was amazing since they were booked.

The water was super hot when I first turned on the shower! It took awhile for the cold water to work. This would be challenging if we had small children. I would worry about them being burnt. It was super hot. Sorta wished they had a bar on sight but that’s really not a big deal.

I am a regular customer who has stayed there multiple times over several years and I’ve always enjoyed breakfast out on the patio the most! You have a wonderful breakfast selection!! And I love to watch the city come to life early in the morning enjoying my breakfast and coffee.

The entire hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, & the kids loved the pool. The waffle breakfast bar was a highlight for my wife & kids. Needing to use our room key everywhere was a bit inconvenient, but we appreciated the extra security it gave us.

The bathroom in our room didn't have a fan. It's not a deal breaker, but it would be nice. The family would appreciate it after I use the toilet. The $25 fee for parking is a bit steep, but I appreciate the security their ramp provides.
