Location and price

I booked this hotel because the picture on booking.com showed a spa/hot tub. When we got there we realized that the spa is no longer there and was walled off permanently. I would have booked somewhere else had I known this. Nice place, but misleading pictures and info.

The breakfast was very good and great selection. The young man in charge of the breakfast was cheerful and very efficient. He is one of the best staff members I have encountered when it comes to breakfast at other places I have stayed. It was great to see someone enjoying what he was doing.

My room was clean comfortable and spacious, the complimentary breakfast was very good, and the staff and the staff were exceptional! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful to me during my stay.

The breakfast was excellent! The gentlemen who staffed it was highly visible and very courteous. Food was delicious and very well maintained.

Location was a bit tricky to find for someone from "up north" in Minnesota. We're just not used to driving in the cities!

Breakfast was fantastic, loved the to-go bags there for taking muffins and fruit with you. Pancake machine didn't work. Would add a waffle maker possibly??

Parking lot was over full due to people parking there and going to nearby restaurants. Add more towels to rooms. Smoking rooms would be nice as well.

It was a great location, very clean, and the staff were super nice and it seemed like they liked their job.

When the lights got shut off above our bed the outlets went out too. So we were unable to use the outlets on the night stand.

Clean, nice room setup.

The bed was too soft for me, not much to be done about that. The tub was extremely slippery, some grip in the bottom of the tub would be nice.

Good location for visitors to Minneapolis/St Paul’s. Breakfast was good and excellent Wi-Fi.

No program info on the TV - but not a major issue

Stayed for a week, was nice to see something different for breakfast most mornings with good selections and quick restocking when something ran out. Stacey, the breakfast room attendant, was outstanding! We looked forward to his cheerful greeting each morning!

I liked the good strong flow of the shower, but the drain was slow to keep up with it.

Nice area, far enough outside of the city that it’s quiet but still close to all the amenities a big city has to offer. Great natural light in our room too!
