Breakfast was delicious, they have a mini wafflemaker as well as various other choices from cereal and instant oatmeal, to prepackaged and chilled items. They 24/7 complimentary coffee is love that the complimentary hand soap, shampoo and conditioner were all Dove brand name.

In my opinion, the beds aren't very comfortable. The only other issue was that the interior lock, the one that only locks from the inside, was broken completely off of the bracket. This caused me to feel that my room wasn't as secure as it could (and should) be, I didn't feel as safe. Though, at I didn't bring the issue with the lock to the attention of the staff at anytime during my stay.

Airport shuttle pickup was great, and they also shuttled me to Mall of America. The pool and sauna was cool. Liked that Applebees is in the parking lot, and that the hotel is close proximity to the Xcel Center (which was the whole point of the trip so I could see Billie Eilish in concert 😁)

I tend to like light with ambience. And particularly like the fabulous desk light that sits to the left of the big TV screen. With the push button

Not a thing, the room was beautiful. The staff was hospitable beyond what 1 would call duty. Always smiling, the food was scru.ptios & plentiful. Scrambled eggs were damn near perfect. And waffels! Coffee always available and delicious.. Cozy lobby to sit and relax.

All was good . Clean ,quiet, pleasant. Except for scary ice machine.

Juice machine out of order our whole stay. the ice machine had a sign for 2 days, in English only, saying it was a poison threat ! and was not sealed off ! No icons to indicate to non English readers of the threat. What mismanagement .

The pool and hot tub were great at the end of a long day of travel! Well maintained, clean and towels available!

The breakfast was much to be desired. It was messy and mostly empty. Had there been food refilled it would have been great! There were not forks to eat with, but plenty of spoons and knives.

I had to stay for quite a while because I needed to settle my sister's estate. This place made me feel right at home. Things broke but they also got fixed fairly quickly. The staff helped me with printing documents I needed to get everything done and the airport shuttle was speedy.

I couldn't get any service for my room beyond trash collection, clean towels, tissues and toilet paper. No sheets were changed in 11 days. That may be why it felt like home. LOL :D

Good location, comfy beds. Grab and go breakfast was perfect for something fast. Kids enjoyed indoor pool.

Couldn’t see out the windows, covered due to renovation. Uncontrollable.

We likes the couch with the pull out bed.

Hot breakfast was disappointing ans not ready at 6am as it States it will he ready. Hot tub was down 2 out of our 3 day stay

I liked the location. Was easy to get to from the highway.

Breakfast choices. If you're going to serve till 10:00, you should have more options than just running out and not refilling.
