This hotel was amazing and will be our new go-to place to stay when we're in the Twin Cities. The double queen room was huge and very clean. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was 10/10. There are also full-size shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in the shower. We ate breakfast at Ember & Ice, and the service was great. The food was delicious, and the prices were pretty comparable to other restaurants in the area. Above all, the staff was INCREDIBLE. The house we had originally booked canceled my reservation and gave it to someone else without letting me or booking.com know, leaving us stranded with no place to stay. The Omni was the first place I called due to their proximity to the music festival and I spoke with Melissa, who immediately did everything that she could to get a room reserved for me that met our needs. She stayed on the phone while I made a reservation through booking.com and allowed us to check in early at no charge so we didn't have to sit in our car for another 2 hours. When we arrived at the hotel, the concierge was amazing and seemed excited to welcome us to the hotel. Melissa also happened to be there, and it was wonderful to put a face to the angel that helped get our trip back on track. She even pulled together a little bag of treats that was waiting in our room for us. I can not say enough good things about this hotel and the staff at this location. We felt valued & and appreciated, and each time we had a question about the hotel or even restaurants in the area the person we talked to went above and beyond the level of service I've experienced at any other hotel I've stayed at.

We loved the friendly staff, the most! We didn’t like the Restaurant. We spent over $500.00 and I walked out hungry. All I wanted was a Steak and Potato. You had one…$95.00…lol. No kids menu, which was disappointing. The Server was great! The food and menu, very disappointing.

The pillows in room 908 are flatter than a pancake.

Bright and clean.

Lost our reservation and we showed our confirmation and they “found” a room for my family. Food was great but wait staff was less ideal. Table of 12 and they only took orders for 6 and left the others to have their orders taken 30 minutes later. Property was amazing but service staff needs to be elevated to a higher standard.

Shower was great with the waterfall shower head and we loved the lotion they had available for us. The beds were very comfortable. We also liked that they had a Chromecast with the TV so we could stream things that we wanted to watch if there wasn't anything we liked on the live TV channels.

No continental breakfast included.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The facilities were amazing, modern, and high-quality. The management was extremely helpful in arranging a beautiful evening for my mother and her husband, whom I was treating. They really went the extra mile to make it a wonderful stay. Thank you so much!

Nothing could have been outright better. The prices of the spa are very high, however, and that might deserve a second look. $350 + required 22% tip for a couple's massage is somewhat inconsistent with the Twin Cities market.

The location near the Minnesota Vikings training facility, as well as how cleanly it was! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

We wish the pool would’ve been bigger, but they are building one outside, so we are looking forward to that being completed!

We love staying at the Omni! It’s clean, modern and affordable. The amenities are fabulous especially if you’re looking for a couples getaway.

The location is a bit out of the way if you’re wanting to do something in the city. It can be a bit more difficult to get an Uber driver to want to drive out that far. Paying for internet is kind of a bummer.

This hotel has everything I needed. Amazing restaurant, great bar/lounge. Coffee (caribou) + beautiful sitting area to enjoy. The SPA is top notch also the pool is great. There’s no need to leave unless you have an event. The rooms are so beautiful and relaxing.

Love the rooms; comfort of the beds; our coffee maker didn't work and the front desk sent someone ride it immediately; service from the valets to the front desk to the hostess in the restaurant - all provided excellent service! The best hotel gym as well! Food is great as well!

My only question is where is the fan in the bathroom?

A perfect hotel for a winter visit to Minnesota, when the weather can be bitterly cold. The MN Ice Festival was walking distance, and the onsite restaurants and bars were of very high quality. It was nice to have so many options under the same roof.
