The reception received on initial arrival, morning arrival at breakfast, departure on days travel, arrival back in the evening was exceptional. They showed great interest in our travels / daily trips. All customer areas and bedroom / bathroom were very clean and tidy. Towels changed daily which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was ample with coffee (inc decaf), fruit juice, cereals, toast, cold eggs, muffins, porridge - I have probably missed some items but in my weeks stay I tasted these and was not disappointed.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly close location to MSP.

Should remember to bring earplugs so we don’t hear the airplanes landing and taking off at MSP overhead since the location is so nice and close. Earplugs are good to not hear the furnace turning on quite often throughout the night also so we turned it off.

It was fairly quiet there.

They ran out of milk and were unaware at the start of the breakfast day. I had requested a room away from the elevator down at the end of the hall. They assigned me one that was opposite of my request.

Very comfy bed. Great shower. Fast wifi. Quiet area. Really appreciated breakfast in the morning. And the morning guys working were very nice and helpful.

Having to come downstairs for the microwave. Would rather have one in the room but understand why places don't do that.

Everything was great. Room was modern, super clean and the bed comfortable.

This is really my only complaint. The bathroom, well the shower area. The fan didn't work in the bathroom, and the shower water dial was stuck, thank goodness my son(15, has strong hands, because I could not turn it on). Then it was either scalding hot, or freezing cold. The ceiling was cracked patched and painted over above the shower. 😬😬

Breakfast spread was great, and having water/coffee separate and available at all times was nice.

The actual address was hard to navigate, being tucked away on a one way with everything i eanted to do in the opposite direction. But the hotel itself was great.

Breakfast was ok. Staff wasn't too good on the dayshift but super on all other shifts. I did place a call to Wyndham and complained. They had the GM handle my complaint and I was then compensated accordingly.

Breakfast selection was needing improvement. Some day staff needed a class on costumer service. They really need someone by the name of Hannah to come back! She is amazingly awesome!

Price, location, friendly staff, easy check in and out, quiet, comfortable beds, storage space in rooms.

Our power went out and could not be restored, so we had to move rooms in the dead of night. One of our chair cushions clearly needed a spot bot cleaning and we were missing kleenex.

I couldn't find a flaw other than the size of the room it was pretty small for the price I was charged. And when I first checked in, I can hear everything the people in the next room were saying it was a little annoying.

Pretty much everything. I had a functional room in every respect, although it was spartan - as I expected, considering the price. The location is good for accessing things in the east-of-MSP area. I would stay there again.

The small access road, adjacent to the emergency facility, should be marked better, e.g. a larger sign.
