Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was very clean and restaurants in the hotel were both great!

Since it's connected to the airport, it would be nice if you could still use the connecting walkway to go into the airport and through security. However, they do have regular shuttles to and from the airport/hotel, so it's still fairly easy to get between the two.

Excellent location for an early morning flight. Free shuttle was added bonus . Staff and shuttle driver were very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have more choices in the smaller restaurant. We wanted a casual meal wirh our grandson, but there was not much he was interested in except the hamburger.

The proximity to the airport was the main reason we selected this hotel, and I'm glad that we did. I appreciated the cleanliness as well as new, modern touches to this hotel.

I didn't realize that there is not a microwave in the room, nor is there an ice machine on any of the floors except the main lobby.

The breakfast was fantastic thank you, and we really appreciated the transport back to the airport to collect our hire car. We were dropped off right at the company where we were picking the vehicle up from, thanks heaps.

Nothing, after long flights from Australia it was beautiful accommodation to get a good nights sleep before we headed off to Hudson over the river :-)

Confusing about having to find/get shuttle to the hotel which literally is on the airport campus. I actually got on the wrong shuttle. Also a tad expensive but I just got back from Japan where hotels like this are &150/night. Not $450.

The room was beautiful, very sound muffling of the planes, GREAT lighting (usually a problem in hotel room), bed was very comfortable...

The location was very excellent, BUT WE THOUGHT WE COULD WALK to the Facility from the Airport; it was explained to us by the Shuttle Driver that the Causeway was closed due to Covid (???) Also, the accent pillows seemed "used"... need NEW ONES...I put them aside..too many people have used...yuck. Maybe nicer bath and hand soap would be desirable.

Great location. Walkable from the airport, though it was a little tricky to find the way there without help. Clean. Good coffee.

Parking. Where were we supposed to park our rental car? Every spot was designated for valet parking and when we pulled into one spot just to pack and load our car, we were immediately told not to park there. It was pretty expensive.

Included breakfast is actually a $50 value that can be used in the hotel cafe. Breakfast is served as ordered from menu. The breakfast is actually great, but the expense is a little more than I expected as I also paid tips for service.

Loved the security of the building, service was wonderful, the cleanliness was out of this world. 100% would recommend this property.

The toilet seat came off at the end of our stay, I am sure it was fixed, but it's the only thing I have to say that was "an improvement" to an incredible stay.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, and excellent cleanliness. Bathroom and general facilities.

At check in not much of a special or warm treatment. Even being IHG member. No ice machine available. No drinks in the fridge, no welcome drink or fruit, or complimentary water at the suite.
