Location! We are on a motorcycle & like we can use back roads to get to the hotel. The price was good. The staff were great! Nice to have a restaurant and a coffee shop near by. We liked the frig and microwave in the room. The room was clean.

The ventilation in the bathroom. We used our towels (once) hung them and used again and the towels never really dried. Had to get new towels from the front desk- the text feature for getting anything doesn’t work- tried it twice. Staff was EXCELLENT about helping out. Staying 3 nights we needed our towels switched out because they didn’t dry even when hung. The damp towels made the room damp smelling- even with the AC fan running to help circulation in the room. I would make it easier to get rid of the damp wash cloths and towels. I think that would be helpful

The room was very clean well ordered well stocked spacious very classy and excellent restaurant attached to it and the breakfast was absolutely over the top of the best we're coming back what

Parking. Some noise was later discovered it was just a door slamming shut the slowdown mechanism on the door must be getting shot doors are not supposed to free slam but close quickly with a very short slowdown to avoid doors slamming. Lastly it was storming the day we were there and the cable satellite streaming whatever was in and out a lot

The accessable room was perfect. It met all of our needs traveling with older people.

The door to the pool was very tricky to open, it kind of got stuck. In the bathroom, there was a splash guard for the shower. If didn't go all the way to the wall and water went all over the bathroom since it went directly out of that space when I took a shower (like a normal standing shower)..

Hot and cold breakfast options were ample. Coffee was much better than I expected it would be. Room size was adequate and appreciated having a sink outside the bathroom as well as inside the bathroom. Also, having a refrigerator and microwave was quite convenient.

The channels available on the television were limited and the none were in HD. The hallway from our room to the next hallway (which was still a long distance from the front desk) was cold.

The location was great for our trip, good price and the pool was a bonus for the kids. The connected restaurant was also an unexpected surprise. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and large enough to set up our pack n play without getting crowded.

Only complaint was our one request for a bed to be remade after an accident wasn’t taken care of. They said they would make it and after being out all day we came back to it as we left it and had to make it ourselves. Not a huge deal but annoying nonetheless

There was no one staffed at the front desk in the morning during check out time. Fortunately, a housekeeping staff member stopped to see if I needed help. I simply had a question which she was able to answer. Also, door #1 was not available for access from the outside. I kept getting told they were doing maintenance on it. It was out of commission for 3 days. Guests may have appreciated a sign on the outside of the door stating, “No access temporarily”.

Staff was very polite, loved that there was a texting option for comment or service needs.

Room was a bit more damaged than expected. All cosmetic. Did not affect the stay. Scrapes/paint missing on the walls, there’s a spot that looked like someone fell and dented the wall, door frame to the bathroom appeared to have been kicked in at some point. And the toilet seat was very loose.

The size of the room was amazing. we did not use the breakfast or pool rooms. Very comfortable beds. When we had items missing from the room, staff responded quickly.

Plumbing caused problems so we mentioned this on checkout and expect they took care of it for the next guest.

Pool is nice, parking is all around facility so car close to room, right by a caribou coffee.

Sofa bed had no blankets and there were none in the room. Some entry doors from outside to facility did not work, front desk said "those doors have been broken." No usb plugs in room.

I liked the attention that the people at reception gave me.

There was a family with many children in the rooms and they made a lot of noise until late, but I understand that this was not the fault of the hotel staff.
