I have stayed at this property multiple times. This time I don't know if no one understands their job but upon arrival on Thursday the outside before you enter was dirty. There was trash a cigar on the ground near entrance. This exact trash was there when we left on Saturday am. I was disappointed in the lobby floors and hallway floors. I'm not sure if we will return. My daughter came in on Friday pm and she too was surprised how dirty things were. Our room was fine but whoever is to do repairs and clean outside rooms should be fired.

The breakfast was terrible, had to throw it out. The bacon was so undercooked, practically raw !

This is my third stay, you are overdoing it to try and save water! The flow out of the bathroom sink faucet is so small it takes forever to get hot water. I had to run the bathtub to get hot water to the sink! That is costing you water use !! This has been the case for all three visits.

Very Clean and well kept ! Every amenity is very easy to find! On Site Laundry Hot Tub & Pool Exercise Room A Cafe offering Starbucks Coffee , Breakfast, Lunch & Early Dinner No Complimentary Breakfast you must pay for at that time Small Store for Vending Items way overpriced

The elevators did not work the 1st half of my stay (4 days) Now both of them are working

Very clean and welcoming. Staff was great and super friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable

I only rated it a 9 because the tv didn’t work. There were no channels or streaming services like advertised. I didn’t tell anyone so that’s on me but it was a downside.

Spacious, comfortable room, conveniently located, good price

Toilet didn't flush(fixed by staff) and bathroom fan ran continously, no switch to turn off(waste of electricity) no free breakfast

The room was complete. We travel frequently and there is normally something missing….coffee or cups, Kleenex empty or the dreaded no backup roll of toilet paper. Our Marriott was complete

I’ve always liked glass vs paper cups. And I would pay extra for coffee mugs.

Convenience, good bed

The bathroom sink didn’t have enough volume , the water saving device was excessively stingy with allowing water flow. Young staff member didn’t seem to enjoy his job, not very helpful. Took to long to get a quick coffee in the AM . AM coffee should be complimentary; just include in your pricing.

Best location. Great front desk staff.

Housekeeping was disappointing. We had to ask for supplies that should have been provided by housekeeping if they were focused on their job. A simple checklist reviewed before they considered a room prepared would help.

We liked everything.

The only thing I didn't like was that the small store within the hotel only carried white wine so I had to wait for the bar to open.

Clean, lovely lobby area with bar, coffee, and some foods. Room was very updated and stylish. Large shower. Pool area was spacious and clean.
