The property was well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast provided a lot of choices and was very good. The location was near several places that we visited hearing our stay. There was a nice shopping center just a mile away.

Although there was some construction going on with the swimming pool area, the rest of the hotel was neat and clean. The only complaint I had was with the heating and cooling system. And attempting to keep the room with the temperature set on the electronic thermostat, intended to alternate between blowing cold air, and then hot here. But overall, the room stayed comfortable.

After we finally made it there...I had clicked on a link to a Holiday Inn a little further north, but when we went to check in they didn't have us down, he looked us up and said we were at this one...check in was super easy, our rooms were right next to each other as I'd requested, and even though there was a soccer team and a birthday party there, our room was super quiet. Breakfast was top notch also!

Comfy and clean beds, whole room was clean. Great selection of food for breakfast. Pool was in construction. Room was quiet and slept well. Staff were friendly during my stay. Would definitely stay here again. Close to Mall of America.

Air conditioner could have been a bit more powerful. Pool was under construction so wasn't able to try that out unfortunately, but didn't disrupt the time there.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The coffee in the morning was great. Also loved that there was a Keurig in the room.

I'm not sure what this new trend is of clear shower doors and no locks on the bathroom. Also, the shower door only opened one way, so you had to be in the shower before you could adjust the water temperature. Brrr!

We were looking forward to using the new pool and it was such a treat! We always return to this hotel when spending time in Minneapolis. We keep coming back for the location, the breakfast, the staff, the cleanliness, and the comfortable beds.

Can’t think of a thing!

Breakfast was very good. They had hot eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. They also had a good assortment of cereals, yogurt and fruit.

The air conditioner in our room had a high pitched squeal that was very annoying, but I don't think it was something that could be fixed in a few minutes....my guess is the compressor is going out. There was never anyone at the front desk...you had to "buzz" someone to come, which only took a minute or two......not a big thing....just unusual.

One elevator will be a not enough for the amount of room that like to have when this construction is Finnish. There is multi item that will a lot of addition extra work to make it to be a better rating. This will take a descanted Group to accomplish what need to be done.

the check in clerk was very helpful. I took Uber to get there, and I needed to use them again. I mentioned to the clerk how expensive I thought my fares were and he suggested I use Lyft and he was right. They cost half as much!

I would have been nice to have a restaurant in the building and it would be nice to be able to bring my dog. I usually travel with her, but because I flew, I couldn't this time. I'm afraid that the next I go to Eden Prairie I'll be bringing my dog so I won't be able to stay there.

This hotel was a great value for our needs. Breakfast was plentiful. The place was clean and quiet. Location was great for what we wanted to do. Staff was attentive and kind. Would stay here again.

The room was small, but we knew that going in and we didn’t care. Could use bars in the showers so people don’t slip.
