The property was well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast provided a lot of choices and was very good. The location was near several places that we visited hearing our stay. There was a nice shopping center just a mile away.

Although there was some construction going on with the swimming pool area, the rest of the hotel was neat and clean. The only complaint I had was with the heating and cooling system. And attempting to keep the room with the temperature set on the electronic thermostat, intended to alternate between blowing cold air, and then hot here. But overall, the room stayed comfortable.

After we finally made it there...I had clicked on a link to a Holiday Inn a little further north, but when we went to check in they didn't have us down, he looked us up and said we were at this one...check in was super easy, our rooms were right next to each other as I'd requested, and even though there was a soccer team and a birthday party there, our room was super quiet. Breakfast was top notch also!

Comfy and clean beds, whole room was clean. Great selection of food for breakfast. Pool was in construction. Room was quiet and slept well. Staff were friendly during my stay. Would definitely stay here again. Close to Mall of America.

Air conditioner could have been a bit more powerful. Pool was under construction so wasn't able to try that out unfortunately, but didn't disrupt the time there.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The coffee in the morning was great. Also loved that there was a Keurig in the room.

I'm not sure what this new trend is of clear shower doors and no locks on the bathroom. Also, the shower door only opened one way, so you had to be in the shower before you could adjust the water temperature. Brrr!

I like the friendliness of the staff, the early check in, wi fi, and the free breakfast. I wasn't in the room much, but it was comfortable enough.

The bathroom was small. The entry door to the room was a little heavy for me to push. I guess that means it's secure.

We were looking forward to using the new pool and it was such a treat! We always return to this hotel when spending time in Minneapolis. We keep coming back for the location, the breakfast, the staff, the cleanliness, and the comfortable beds.

Perfect location. Staff was professional and polite.

The first room we were given had been smoked in, and it was obvious the bathroom in that first room was used as a smoking lounge.

Room was clean, the breakfast was good and always had enough for all the guest. we enjoyed the pool, it was always clean with plenty of towels.

Awesome staff, wonderful breakfast. Having an elevator is great.

The elevator door closes quickly, almost closed on us a number of times. For us shorter people, a step stool or lower bed would be nice.

Variety good ,the best thing were the cinnamon rolls 👍delicious !! Coffee was good ,eggs dry

That the inside pool water was cold !! I though in winter inside pools are heated
