The hotel itself was very excellent along with the accommodations and the breakfast was very excellent!

There needs to be a reminder if you make reservations at this location you need to make a reservation for parking ahead of time at the hotel. If you arrive late like we did and if the hotel is full you have to park across the street in which is busy and it is a garage. There are homeless people loitering around the area and it was raining. You have to carry your suitcases across the street with the homeless people that can potentially harass you. Both places in the garage and the hotel you have to pay extra for the parking and it was not disclosed to me when I made my reservation that I had to pay for parking at the hotel. Great location. 2- minutes walking distance from the Minneapolis convention center. The assigned parking spot is great for $20.00/day. Breakfast was good. Rooms/Suites were well laid out and clean.

There is ONLY one switch that controls the bathroom lights and air extractor - fan. It is very NOISY. Other places have two switches for the lights and the fan. You don't need the fan when brushing your teeth or using makeup, only when taking a bath or using the toilet. We had to use the bathroom in darkness at night so as not to disturb our partners.

Everything was great. Check in was smooth, staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was solid.

Excellent stay in a budget hotel with a lovely breakfast. Rooms are big, clean, and nicely maintained. Staff are super nice and helpful. Would return again when conducting business in MSP. Loves the Dove collection of cosmetics in the bathroom. New gym equipment. The place really exceeded expectations.

The building is older, so rooms can get stuffy. Open a window (still possible, yeah) and problem is solved.

Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Location was close enough to walk to US Bank Stadium but far enough way to miss the commotion. Parking is parking in a large city, you pay. The beds were actually very comfortable. Pillows were larger than average hotel pillows. Breakfast was phenomenal. Clean. We did not use pool. Is this place high end? No. For the price, beyond impressed. Will stay again

we absolutely loved the staff they were so awesome and super super nice and friendly the location was perfect for what we were here for I love the fact that they texted you on a number asking you about anything that you might need and let you know that you could text him back at that number if you needed anything

I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel

The breakfast was good with some nutritional choices. A shower with good water pressure was commendable. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed.

The pool was rather small so didn't interest me. The exercise room could have had a few more machines such as a rowing apparatus or a pulley macine for back and shoulder exercises.

Perfect location across from the convention center. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and loved the location. The breakfast was really good and had plenty of options for free hotel breakfasts.

I wish that the hotel had access to the skywalk, it was snowing when were there and wished it had access to walk in the skyway from the hotel.

The pool closed the day we got there and we wanted to use it with our grandkids so we were disappointed. The staff was apologetic about that and offered to wave our parking fees because of that which I thought was super nice of them.

If the pool as open but as stated above the staff found a way to compensate us for our disappointment,
