We enjoyed the area for the free continental breakfast.

We did not get the room I had booked on line through booking.com. very disappointed. We needed the pull out sofa bed. Luckily I had an adult size cot in my car that I dragged in. The manager notified me the next morning and totally followed through taking care of the problem. I was impressed with the follow through, thanks to the check in clerk. It seems that kind of item gets forgotten about.

Excellent staff, especially night counter and morning counter. They worked together to solve my scheduling problem. I slept great every night. The beds were so comfy.

Window pane fell off the rails when I tried to open them to get some outside air. The sink faucet was loose and shifted every time I used the faucet. Like every hotel/motel chain the free breakfasts are abysmal with horrid eggs and lots of carbs but no veggies and few fruits. Coffee was god.

Value for money in a resort town at White Bear Lake. Large continental breakfast buffet. Only a few minutes away from the lake and from the city center. Free parking. Large room. Nice staff.

We had a room facing to the indoor pool, that was a bit strange (which also means you cannot open the windows). But this is a minor flaw we'd say.

Pros: Great shower with good pressure and massage head, remarkable breakfast, comfortable bed, good room size, attached restaurant food was excellent, and a mini fridge to store our leftovers. Staff was very friendly.

Cons: Parking was a problem because of the attached restaurant. Breakfast is served in the pool area that was very hot and humid to sit in. Room was not thoroughly cleaned from previous occupant. Was not told had to request room to be cleaned during multiple night stay. Fortunate to not have a room on the side of the pool as I believe the noise would be loud.

The breakfast was amazing - was nice to get a start to our day - lots of choices We also liked swimming for the children

A shorter walk to our room - I’m handicap & it was hard to walk down 2 hallways without taking a rest. I shld have brought my walker with me

The breakfast was fresh with a good variety of choices. It met adult needs as well as children’s likes. Much better than other free breakfasts I have encountered at other hotels.

In a room with occupancy for 4, 2 stable chairs would have been nice. Sitting was the choice of a rolling desk chair, and a single chair. So one of us had to choose sitting on the bed if we didn’t want to be in the desk chair.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. It seemed safe. The pool was nice.

The description on booking.com was wrong. It said the room came with a sofa, and it did not. The staff was quick to offer solutions, which was really helpful.

The hotel is very nice with a beautiful indoor pool area plus an excellent complimentary breakfast. A top-notch steak house & bar is also on the premises plus there is also a rooftop bar. The hotel is within walking distance of quaint and historic downtown White Bear Lake which has some nice shops and restaurants.

I thought that the hotel hallways were in need of some updating and refurbishing.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Sean, it was a pleasure to meet you. The complimentary breakfast was good, we ate in the bar/restaurant a few times over our week long stay, the food was excellent. We would happily stay again.

The breakfast just fine---although, I always wonder why the scrambled eggs always taste SO terrible at hotel breakfasts? Perhaps they need to get away from the "pour eggs from a bag" method and make them from scratch. It's NOT that hard!!!

The pastries and the eggs----also---was wondering if the sausage was real pork--or was it turkey? Pork is ALWAYS better!
