The staff at the Holiday Inn Hotel were very professional, nice and very accommodating. We needed a bath stool and one was available. Also the variety of breakfast meals, everything was hot and very tasty.

Mmm, on our last day, we were having breakfast there was a guest who came from the pool area, only in his swimming trunks. This is inappropriate for myself and other guest. There should be a sign indicating a dress code for the dining area.

The rooms are fab, spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and mostly helpful

On our second to last night, we returned to find out door open to our room, while nothing was missing, we went down to report it to staff but I did not feel like it was taken seriously, it was discussed they would check cameras and get back to us but nobody spoke to us again about it.

bathroom and shower was good and large bedroom with very comfortable beds and lots of space for luggage. Gym was small but adequate. Jimmy's next door was great fun.

The pool was too cold and the breakfast could have been better. The scrambled eggs and omlettes were a bit like cardboard.

We loved our stay here! Hotel was perfectly located to all our activities, in/out very clean, hot breakfast was great, employees were all friendly & helpful, Jimmy's restaurant was awesome, car show outside hotel on Sunday was an added bonus. We'd love to return to MN & stay here again.

ONLY problem in all 4 days was we didn't receive housekeeping services as requested but the front desk clerk was quick to bring us more towels, tp & Kleenex when we called upon our return to the room since that's all we really cared about having.

Location was great not a busy road. Got Walmart and target next to it so it was very convenient if you needed to do an errand run. Breakfast was good , wish they had a waffle maker instead of a pancake maker. But overall Breakfast was great.

pretty much everything

unfortunately I was there on a friday night when there were a lot of children around and their parents let them run wild. They did not dry off after leaving the pool area and the floors were wet and slippery.. Almost fell.

We felt so fortunate to be staying here on such a busy weekend in The Cities! Our accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options, and was was so good! Loved that the bathroom had pumps for all the soaps/lotions. All employee we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a great variety of both hot and cold foods and beverages. The young man attending to the food service was quick to replenish hot items and eager to serve hungry patrons. Job well done!

Good selections.

Shower had no safety mat in the tub, the floor of which was very slippery. No grab bars. I felt unsafe in the shower, as I am a senior citizen.

Comfortable beds and pillows, very spacious, lots of places to sit, plenty of counter spaces, loved the Dove products provided, good variety of breakfast items.

No waffles or pancakes.
