We choose this hotel each and every time we visit family in the area. It is welcoming and clean. There are always fresh cookies in the lobby for free. Breakfast is included each morning and coffee is out all day. There is a large lobby area to eat in or play games or watch TV. There is an indoor pool and beds are comfortable. As a huge bonus there is an incredible Mexican restaurant in the parking lot just steps away that we look forward to on every trip and just about every possible store or restaurant you could want within a 5-10 minute drive. They have many room types and we have tried just about all of them.

For the price point, I have no complaints at all.

Location, and the whole stay was great from start to finish.

The elevator broke down a day into our stay, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Things break, and we were compensated from the hotel for some money off our bill for the inconvenience of having to walk to the top floor where our room was, and carrying all our luggage up and down the stairs. The maintenance man helped us carry our things down to the main floor upon departure which was extremely wonderful! He went above and beyond the customer service experience. Very impressed!

The room was clean and spacious. Kudos to the front desk staff - in particular for helping me with an access issue with my room card (thanks Jonathan!)

Breakfast was okay - wish there were more scrambled egg/omelette options on the mornings when I stayed. WiFi did not work on my PC, but thankfully was okay on my phone.

Close to 2 opposite directions we needed to go to. Easy routes to st paul & to U of M.

The soap bars were very small for 3 people & 4 days. Ran out & didn't feel like calling for a tiny bar of soap. But know you're trying not to waste & I could've called but we had late nights. Also, don't need dresser or desk. I like hotel rms with little furniture but 1 chair, not office chair. We never put clothes in dresser. Also prefer no tub. Like hotels with walk in showers. Prefer that but this location worked.

I like the cleanness, the staff, the cozy room and the rooms bathroom.

The breakfast was good but I think it could be better. I think there is an space for improvement specially in protein food for instance having ham, scrambled eggs, and so forth. The pool is a great facility but I think the temperature could be warmer. Sometimes it felt cold.

We had late check-in but registration staff member was very courteous and promptly greeted us. Bed linens were not wrinkled and felt fresh. Room was very neat. We were greeted by another staff member as we presented for the complimentary breakfast which was very neat and freshly stocked. Greeted as we were checking out.

No dislike.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Also, I called ahead to make sure my room was not sprayed with a room freshener and staff followed through with my request. Thank you.

Would love hard-boiled eggs and healthier yogurt available for breakfast offering. Probably would not take the breakfast option next time. I rarely eat processed food. But this is not a deal breaker for staying at your hotel in the future.

This cozy little hotel served as the perfect home base while we were in town visiting family. We enjoyed daily breakfast which was more than anyone would need, the indoor pool, freshly baked cookies in the lobby each day and a large, clean room with a very comfortable bed. They have a large commons area with tables that although we didnt use we did comment on as a comfy and convenient place to play cards or pick up a meal and eat in. Any toiletries that we needed replenished was a quick request. As a bonus there is an amazing New Mexican restaurant that recently opened that shares a parking lot with them.

Everything!! We booked this room to stay in while a family member in hospice near by was passing away. We really only ended up showering here and sleeping for about 2 hours but this place was great!! We'd go back if we're in the area again. Staff is so friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. Nice, well lit parking area too!! The bathrooms are updated and gorgeous.

There was nothing we didn't like here.

The hotel was very modern and clean and the hotel staff were friendly. There were nice amenities such as a pool, fitness center, vending machines, elevator, free parking, and complimentary breakfast. Overall, I had a positive experience and highly recommend to hotel to others.

I was disappointed there was no hot tub, only a pool. Additionally, the bed on the pull out couch was not the comfiest to sleep on. However, we made it work for the 2 nights we stayed.
