STAFF … top notch customer service!!!! vanaca at front desk went out of her way to make my son happy when he had to wrap a last minute present! Breakfast staff amazing! They were attentive and walked around to ask if anyone wanted anything more before it shut down! BREAKFAST! Pancake maker was a real treat and we all enjoyed it!

The pool was okay but maybe just dated and the rim by pool was more slippery but I am a paranoid mom and could visualize my so. Hitting his head. One of our kids did cut toe cuz rock by side of pool. Kids did have fun! If it is updated, maybe more natural light 😁… this is seriously nitpicking cuz the whole experience was fabulous!!!

I was very happy with the staff of the hotel. Especially ladies at the reception. It was amazing to see smiling and friendly people. Restaurant next door is a big plus. Patio with chairs and tables were amazing and used by people every day. The location of the hotel is great - it was a few minutes' drive everywhere we needed to go. And they have huge parking, so no worries about that either 😉

Breakfast was great, location was great. I also like that maid service is optional upon request. I like that the room had a little refrigerator. Staff was all exceptionally helpful and nice.

The washing machine needs some tuning up. I almost got charged twice for 1 load but tried a few things and got it working. There is also some leakage at the door.

The breakfast had good variety and was tasty. The location was perfect for us as we were going the Roseville middle school for a play and for Roseville ice arena for a figure skating competition.

We were woken at 3:45am because of a fire alarm. We were happy that there wasn’t a fire. The staff did a great job of responding to the alarm.

Everyone at this Hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating... Even the maid's were happy... Something in the water,or it's a great company to be employed by.. Thank you for being such an accommodating place to stay at and it was a very nice change to see everyone so friendly and happy... 😁 Christine.. oh and the breakfast was Amazing....

The breakfast was great and had items I haven't seen before at any other hotel breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again

The beds were comfortable, it was close to the National Sports Center in Blaine, It was Quiet and the staff was always helpful. We Swam in the pool, and it seemed clean.

I thought it was strange to have a coffee pot in the bathroom. Just a sanitary issue for me. The pool area smelled a little bad and the pool floor was crumbling. We still enjoyed the stay.

Location was great, friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

Don't go to late to breakfast. They start cleaning stuff up and not putting food out a half hour before breakfast is done

The front desk staff and cleaning staff were exceptionally warm, personable, and accommodating. I noticed and appreciated that very much!

Breakfast could be until 11, instead of 10, I would have liked to have grabbed it on my way out.
