I like the location it was close to everything. The room was nice, price was good. The guy at the front desk was very nice.

Our air conditioner wasn’t working and they said they would look at it, I don’t know if they did but it still didn’t work well. Our first morning for breakfast they didn’t have anything for us to get. Everything was out and still an hour to go. The second day we did get breakfast but they had no coffee. The breakfast was ok. I think they make so much for the morning breakfast and when it’s out it’s out. I got emails asking when I will be there, please reply to a time and the day I was leaving what time are you leaving please reply and wanted me to take a picture of my ID and send it to them to speed up the check in. Which I didn’t I made a reservation check in is 3:00 I will be there, they got my information when I booked and you can see my ID when I get there.

Staff worked had to make sure we had a seamless check in and check out. Hot tub was clean, so was pool. The hotel was sold out. We are glad we were able to get a spot via Booking.com 2 weeks ago. Thanks all around: Mike, Michelle, Sam from the hotel. Give each of you a 10 in stars!

Not complaining but breakfast could be jazzed up a bit, if I had to pick something less than a 10.

I did not try the breakfast, but it smelt very good! The location was excellent, maybe just one more sign off the main road (96 I believe it was). I loved going into the hot tube! It could have been a little warmer, but I'm expecting it wasn't at a high temperature to be safer for kids. Loved the living room off of the king bedroom.

The corners in rooms are always hard to clean, but I could see dirt still, especially in the bathroom. Again, I wish the hot tube was a bit warmer.

the breakfast, location to stores and restaurants for those items we forgot. staff very kind and accommodating.

the extra blankets offered were not comfortable. felt like sand paper.

• Great breakfast; coffee and tea available all day. • Pool, spa and sauna were not crowded. • Staff was attentive and friendly. • Room was very spacious; bed extremely comfortable. • An incredible value for all the amenities, free wifi, parking, and essential toiletries. • Exceptionally clean room, facilities and lobby. • Nice wooded view from my room.

• Hotel is tucked in off of street; easy to miss if you're attention-deficit like me. • No elevator, so prepare for a workout or pack light if you're booked on the second floor. • Leaving; wish I could have stayed longer.

The location was perfect for me! I was traveling from the Iron Range to the cities for an early flight. So easy to hop back on the highway.

The only bummer was that I had to leave at 4am so I missed out on the continental breakfast. Haha! So maybe offering a bag breakfast for those who won’t be around at 6am would be sweet, would have improved my stay, but did not affect my rating… since I knew I would not be around for breakfast.

Breakfast was a plus especially with kids didn't need to run look for a restaurant and the food was good.

Kids said ran our of food and juice. Waffle iron was turned off kids couldn't figure that out, but another guest came to the rescue.

Beds were not comfortable. Couldn't use the hot tub first night. Broken glass in it. No elevator

I like that our room came with a jacuzzi in it and was super comfortable.

The location was a bit tricky to get to, but overall not bad.

The staff were friendly and concentious. They were quick and efficient handling all of the issues presented during our stay.

There was little control of the other guest's behavior / activities. People had dirtied the pool area. The Sauna was busted.
