We like the location to downtown Stillwater and places to get our meals. The hotel was pet-friendly. And, the price was right. We realized the rooms were recently renovated, which was great. The staff was available to our needs, even housekeeping for extras each day we were there.

The breakfast, even though continental, was sparse. But, we are used to going to Kwik Trip or someplace to get breakfast to bring back to the room, because we have our dog.

The bathrooms are very small and not to mention your toilet should really be higher. It was a low sitting toilet and it made it rather difficult to get off the pot. We encountered many issues with our built in the wall air conditioner. It would run for a couple minutes and it would shut off and we had to keep getting up to, try to get it to kick back in

The location of the property was in close proximity to the ice arena where we were watching our grandson play hockey. Mattresses were firm.

It was an older facility so had things that could have been fixed. The air conditioner was very loud. The morning breakfast was very poor. They would have been better off not offering it.

The staff was exceptional,.We had a early check in, We went through booking dot com.And when we got there, he immediately put us in accommodations for handicap and we didn't have to ask, We were pleased with the quietness!

The only downside was the jets, didn't work in the hot tub.

The hot tub was great, the bed was comfortable. There was no mildew smell, service was swift, the pool was fine, everything was clean, many of the bad reviews are false, for the price this hotel was 5 stars and we would happily stay again.

Breakfast was okay, expected a little more food, for the price we paid for the room. It was a good location. close to businesses we visited.

Didn't now how to run thernostat. room was very cold.

The room was very clean, the value was exceptional. I pretty much only slept there (was in DT Stillwater most of the night) but it was good and comfortable.

They checked us in quickly. They were very accommodating to our needs. Very nice employees.

The rooms were musty smell. The toilet was shaky when you sat down. Loose... One sheet had blood spots on them.

They had a nice breakfast buffet. It included oatmeal with milk, bagels, toast, fresh fruit and of course coffee.

There was a vactant business parking lot next door that had grass shooting up from the asphalt. It is not the fault of the hotel of course.

People behind desk were very nice and helpful.

The room itself was clean. But, the upholstered furniture in room and in the lobby was nice but very much in need of a good scrubbing with upholstrey cleaner.
