My wife and I were extremely pleased with the Staff and our entire 4 night stay at the hotel. The daily breakfast was very well presented and the number of food options were appreciated. All staff was extremely professional and welcoming. We look forward to our next stay at the same hotel over the next year.

Everything was great! The entire facility looked like it had just opened for business and I found out that it was actually four years old. The entire staff does a great job and its easy to see they take great pride in their facility.

The operator of your morning breakfast is exceptional. My wife and I misunderstood the hours of the breakfast that was included in our room. When we arrived at the place where the food was served, the doors were locked. A member of your staff, unfortunately, I did not get her name, saw us try to open the door. She came over and told us that the facility had just closed. Then she said that she had just turned off the heaters, but the food was still warm. She opened the door and invited us to have our fill. This is the type of customer service that I love. Thanks! My wife and I will stay at your facility the next time we are in Hudson!!!

"continental" breakfasts anywhere - everywhere - are all just empty protein-free sugared-up garbage. might be better if you just stopped offering this amenity. what is represented as sausage is not. the bread-objects are just starch that converts to sugar. i've stopped eating at hampton, quality, and holiday. better for me to just find some Wal*Mart deli food the night before. Wal*Mart deli food tastes better, and is longer-burning non-sugared food fuel.

Beautiful, clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast & coffee was a plus!

The front deck person seemed to be half asleep, I had to raise my voice to have him come out the office to check me in. Its was about 1:30AM. Also I got a call from the front deck at 8AM when I was trying to sleep about some confusion if I was at the hotel or not. The man that checked me put us in the wrong room apparently. I’m not sure what happened. Over all the hotel it self was a 10 but the late night attendant was not so great.

Facilities are great!

My Milk was curdled at breakfast and worker said that happened occasionally. She suggested trying another. Milk was not part expired date. I found the next milk to be off to me. 2 other members of our party drank their milk and got very sick from milk that day. Sadly during airplane travel which was pretty awful from both ends.

The breakfast was wonderful! One of the things we enjoy most when we stay at this hotel!

I was the one taking out the trash, but there was an envelope in our room to leave a tip for the housekeeper. Really?? I understand that staffing continues to be an issue since Covid. I was able to get extra coffee pods and exchange towels from the front desk. I was also able to get trash bags for the room. I’m ok with that. But don’t ask me to leave a tip for someone who literally never made an appearance!

very clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed, pillow cases were embroidered soft or firm😊. pool area was nice. all the housekeeping staff I encountered in the halls greeted me first and greeting always seemed sincere. cbs sports semi trucks were parked below my room- Vikings and chiefs play Sunday so this was interesting.

internet was unsecured. breakfast was ok but hot food choices were very institutional like what is served at a nursing home.

I typically like Holiday Inn Express Hotels, it was very clean and my wife and I enjoyed it. The room was very nice for the price, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good. We had a nice morning to eat our breakfast out on the deck.

The only thing we would have changed it pillows that were more firm.

The property is clean, they allow dogs, they have breakfast, the staff were great, everything worked, we had no problems

The price was a little steep, but I am guessing that was because of graduation weekend. I don’t really think almost $500 for two nights, including one dog was in the right price zone.

New, modern hotel, conveniently located to downtown Hudson WI & Woodbury & Stillwater Mn. Had a nice pool & hot tub. Breakfast buffet had tasty hot cinnamon rolls & pancakes. Bed & pillows were super comfy.

We could hear the people above us walking around late at night.
