We were there for a college graduation and stayed there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! They were willing to keep our food in the fridge until our party for us as we used their party/meeting room. We had a problem getting the hide a bed closed back in and they were there right away to help! Whatever we needed, they were more than willing to assist!

The breakfast was a little lacking and limited. Not real quick to refill the empty food. No elevators..they would have nice and useful to have.

The only thing I use a hotel for is a place to crash for the night. I don’t care about any fancy amenities, which this place had, and this place was just fine for my stay.

After checkout there was an added service charge not included on Booking.com. It is a sneaky charge they added instead of being up front and raising the rates during Covid. The manager that explained it to me is taking the over charge off of my next weeks stay, but there are charges not listed through this app.

Hotel was well equipped and friendly. Great location as it’s not far from the highway and has a fast food restaurant next door, if that’s your thing. It has a distillery 5 minutes walk away which serves magnificent food and drinks. River falls is a nice little town with lots of friendly bars and eateries.

It’s a half hour walk from the main town. Mind you that means you can walk off your dinner.

I liked the ease of location to the university. I liked the temp of the pool water. The beds were very nice. Breakfast was good. Mini fridge The staff cleaner Barb was very nice and had what we asked for.

The hot tub had a lot of sand and the windows really needed to be sprayed down. Lots of black "stuff". The moisture level in our room was really high. No fan for the shower, sticky door from swelling. Had issues getting the rooms cooling unit to work. No microwave.

Many days, there was no eggs or sausages. The first day, there were eggs and sausages. The rest of the days I was there, none at all. And it wasn’t the timing. I went at 6 or a little later most days. I didn’t understand why or when there would be any. But I didn’t need it. Just thought I should mention it.

I especially liked that they left the leftover food available after breakfast had closed. I made a nice lunch out of it!

The whirlpool was hot enough when I checked in at 4 pm the first day. But by 7 pm on the second day, it was just lukewarm.

The location was perfect. The beds were amazing. Riverfalls has a great little downstairs. I found some amazing stuff thrifting

Every time we left the hotel and we came back our hotel keys needed to be reactivated just alittle frustrating

A group of kids were on our floor and they were unsupervised. They were yelling, banging on doors and running up and down the hall. We could not get any sleep and left at 2:30 am.

Close to the UWRF. Spent the night to move in a college student. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The air conditioner was loud and had a hard time kicking on. Sounded like it was going to die. That did cause the night to be a long night and uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for visiting our daughter at UWRF and the hot tub/pool was amazing!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable.
