Great location for RiverFalls. Staff very friendly Big bedrooms. Super clean. Breakfast was buffet. Nice selection of breakfast food. Different choice each day of 2 hot entree and lots of bagels / bread ( toaster ) and 2 great waffle irons ( very easy to use and tasted great ). Fresh whole fruit , cereal. Coffee / Tea. Juice selections. Well stocked. Area always being cleaned up and tables kept clean. Always fresh coffee in the hotel lobby day / night to help yourself. ( coffee machine in bedroom as well )

Clean room, comfortable beds, a variety of pillows, and quiet. Wonderful sleep!! Finally, a TV remote that was easy to operate, unlike some places that have a remote with bunch of buttons that don't apply to the TV! We were a little concerned that we'd be able hear the music from the outside patio at the bar down the road. We overlooked the patio and could not hear a peep!

As a retiree on vacation, we'd like breakfast during the week to end a little later. I think breakfast ended at either 8:30 or 9 am.

The room was very neat and clean. Staff was polite and they gave a veteran discount. It was quiet and peaceful even though it was busy with the Bluegrass festival. The food was excellent, and the bartenders and restaurant staff were great even with being swamped.

Breakfast was provided, but both days we had to wait for coffee as it was totally out when we arrived for breakfast at 0845. The second day the coffee was gone as well as the gravy for the biscuits and gravy, which was disappointing since that was the main breakfast entree.

Convenient location

Front desk staff at check out would not split bill between the 2 people staying in the room, said it was too complicated. When asked for a printed receipt it took her a long time to print. I think she needed more training on procedures and customer service.

No issues with checking in/out. Room was nice. Nice parking garage with door that shuts at night to ensure customer vehicle safety.

A bit of dirt noticed on the bathroom floor, tub drain plug would stay up so water pooled in tub while showering. Family member left swim suit there on accident, called to see if we could pick it up, front desk said there wasn't one found in the room. It was hanging in the shower handle. Maybe it got thrown away, idk.

Nice spacious clean room and very nice and friendly staff. Lokation also good, next to the University of River Falls. The restaurant next to the hotel has a good menu and a bar open till midnight. So even if you arrive late you can have a meal and a drink.

The heater in the room makes a lot of noise.

Breakfast was great! Seating area could be larger. Would like to mention your Breakfast host Debbie does an outstanding job. Very hard working keeps very busy at her work all through the Breakfast process. Very impressive. With her work ethics.

Shower was terrible. Loss all pressure and heat throughout showering.

Always a great stay here. We come about once a month for a karaoke event and stay. Staff is amazing. Always clean and comfortable.

There was a group that was noisy in the hall during the night but that happens sometimes. Not the hotels fault. Staff was on top of it right away.

Parking ramp below was full and difficult to maneuver once we were already in it. Would be nice if the reader told you of it was full. Drink vending machine was out of order. Cost was a bit high for one night and breakfast was okay.

We all loved the breakfast food. Waffles with strawberries and whipped cream were fantastic. The food was fresh and warm.

Pool closed at 10 pm. On weekends keep the pool and hot tub open until 11 pm.
