Loved the mattress and bedding, just a delight. Breakfast had great variety choices. We approached from the south and the first exit for E Point Douglas Rd. seemed to go nowhere. We left the Inn on E Point Douglas Rd S and never found that first exit, that road doesn't seem to go thru. What's up with that?

I'm in a wheel chair and happened to use the rest room near the pool. The floor is sloped for drainage and the slope is a little extreme making the transfer from chair to toilet unsteady.

Seriously, this is one of the best Hotels we have ever stayed at and we have high standards. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels. Everything was perfection. It was so clean, smelled so wonderful, staff were so friendly. The breakfast staff went above and beyond, both mornings, the breakfast was VERY good! Our room was really nice and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable!!! At check in we were greeted with white chocolate macadamian cookies and a snack gift bag....great place!!!

We loved everything...it was perfection.

The staff covering breakfast were very pleasant and making sure everything was ok with everyone. Very polite people.

Hair in the shower. Tissue box empty. Shower curtain rod ready to fall off the wall. Shower curtain would not cover the shower due to curtain rod eating to not be in adjusted place. Curtain kept sliding to center from both ends. Toilet paper holder falling off of wall. Had to place toilet paper on the counter.

No carpet in our room made it feel cleaner.

They had sausage meat plus they put sausage chunks in the potatoes. If you don’t like sausage like me then that limits breakfast choices. If you are going to have sausage meat then leave the sausage out of the potatoes 😁

Breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast staff was friendly, the breakfast room was very clean. When we found out our room had no TV the manager moved us mmediately. When the elevator didn't work we got a staff person immediately to help us.

Even though there were problems (no tv,, broken elevator) the problems were mediately taken care of. I cannot think of any complaints.

The breakfast was fair. Not v enough choices like some motels I've stayed in. Parking

Parking was all taken up Friday night by Applebee's patrons. had to park quite aways and walk to motel. Something should be done about that. Had to carry suitcases etc a long ways to get to door

The room was great, clean easy access. I loved the hot breakfast! Was nice to get up and go close to eat and the times it was open was perfect! I didn't have to be up at the Crack of dawn to get there before it closed down. I was on vacation! Loved it!

Only thing I didn't like was the shower needed to be replaced cause it sprayed out water from the pipe fitting area. They just put a bandaid on it (black tape) so they know about it. Maybe they are waiting for a part. I don't know but seems it will destroy your wall if not fixed soon. That was the only issue I had.

The front desk staff when I checked in was very friendly and welcoming. The gal that was running the free breakfast was amazing! She said good morning to everyone who entered and asked if there was anything they needed. She made sure everything was full of hot food and she made the most amazing bacon. It was cooked perfectly! She made sure the coffee was full of fresh coffee and the area was very clean and organized.

Breakfast was good with many choices. I liked the ability to make smaller waffles. Size of area was larger enough to accommodate many groups of people. Pool was on the warmer side which was great for me and an early morning swim.

Couldn't control the air conditioning system --it blew very cold air the whole time we were there. No fan in the bathroom!

Clean, nice rooms. Nice pool and exceptional breakfast.

Worst thing I could say is front desk employees should be a little more attentive to the desk and not chatting in back folding laundry & the carpets in the hallways could be upgraded, lots of stains and ripped carpet near the stairs. Great place though, would still highly recommend this place!
