This is a very unique and pretty hotel with an upscale restaurant and bar. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had a very nice shower. The location was ideal with a lovely view of the Mississippi. It was also within walking distance to all downtown shopping, coffee shops, and bars, which made it quite convenient.

It was a little noisy in the morning with some screaming kids in the hallway. I also wish the hotel had additional amenities like a pool and hot tub, which I enjoy when I travel. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.

Decor. Beautifully, tasteful understated. Lovely, warm seasonal decorations without religious imperatives; I.e, people of all religions were welcomed and comfortable. Low key, tasteful, perfect! Warmth and attention of staff were superb. Brunch was delicious and delightful. Restoration was really well done. Thanks for the complimentary brunch!

Low lit rooms. We would have liked our room to have been brighter; too dark. Night light would be a good addition in bathroom.

From check in to check out it was a perfect enjoyable stay. Haley is a real treasure—so enthusiastic and loves her job—how refreshing is that! I loved the room, the bed is easily the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in as a worldwide traveler. Impressive. I loved this non chain hotel option and look forward to getting back there.

Perfect location; very convenient. Delicious food. Beautiful decorations. Comfy lounge. Bathroom design worked well. Nice to have a hair dryer and iron. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

That the wait staff refers to all patrons as "guys". I was so tired of this, I could have screamed. I think one of the waitresses became pissed off when I explained my friend was a guy, but that I was a lady. For us, the beds were too high and too soft. One of the chairs was also too large- not comfortable.

Our room was comfortable, stylish and very clean. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. The servers were friendly but seemed to need more help as service was a little slow. Great location and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

This hotel is in a lovely location. The staff are fantastic, especially Sharon and DeShon! The rooms are large and just much higher level for a three star hotel. All family and friends were very impressed!

We LOVED the ambiance and decor. Whoever designed that is very gifted. We absolutely loved it!

We didn't have the breakfast, but we did have coffee and dessert. The dessert portions were very small. That was the only disappointment in our stay.

Beautiful renovation of the industrial Hudson Sprayer Company into this luxurious hotel with lovely amenities. Great location! It was an easy walk to the Historic downtown shops and riverfront paths. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately breakfast service left a lot to be desired, but it wasn't the hotels issue, it was an individual staff member. I would give them another chance for sure.

Beautiful building, everything sparkling new and clean. Well decorated. The room has a beautifully high ceiling. They brought our breakfast to our room for us (not sure if they’re offering room service but they did for us!). Excellent location, walkable to historic downtown restaurants, bars and a spa.
