Friendly staff who greeted me immediately upon check in. Answered all questions.

I could have stayed at less expensive places for equal value. However, by using my bank credit card was able to avail myself of a $40.00 hotel discount which made the decision to stay easier.

Clean, the suite we booked exceeded expectations. Only think Kissinger s a large soaking tub.

That there wasn’t a fun area for people traveling with pets. Like a small fenced in area for small dogs and one for large dogs to run around.

Very clean and nicely maintained hotel with excellent, standard room and indoor/outdoor amenities(Ex. Walk in shower, full kitchen excluding oven, outdoor patio and fire place, spacious and nicely furnished indoor lobby/lounge with big, centered, flat screen tv; standard but well maintained pool room with hot tub and workout facility.) I would also like to mention that Denise on the Morning/Breakfast shift was very nice, energetic and overall had a wonderful, warm and welcoming demeanor that made my morning and breakfast a much better and overall great way to start my day! Thanks for the great service and breakfast food, keep up the great work!!

Hot tub was out of order for maintenance, which is obviously not the fault of the hotel or staff, just unlucky timing on our end. Queen bed was a little firm for my liking but still comfortable nonetheless!

the room was great, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and it was very comfortable!

Although the amazing breakfast hostess Denise was great in every way, I was not satisfied with the breakfast. There was no meat offering, such as bacon or sausage, which kept me very disappointed. There were no pancakes or waffles for the kids so they just had cereal. We basically only had eggs, breakfast potatoes and Biscuits and gravy as main entree

I liked the room and the pool area! breakfast was good, but wished we didn't have to carry it all back to our room due to having to warm up breakfast sandwiches.

no microwave down in the breakfast room and no towels in the pool area. Also didn't like that we had to pay extra for parking.

We always stay there to be close to our two sons. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. c
