nice selection at breakfast. a/c worked very well. room was quite for sleeping. pillows comfy. mattress firm, not too hard. Plenty of towels. clean room. nice fridge/microwave cabinet with door. Table/ chair with lots of wireless plug ins, also on the wall by each bed. Check the swimming pool and jacuzzi when we checked in around 9 pm, comfy warm, but did not use u til morning.

Unfortunately pool and jacuzzi warter was cold in the morning. Took awhile for my friend to adjust to the temp so she could swim and exercise.

The only thing I felt needed improvement was that the desk staff were on their phones and were not very attentive. When they interacted with us they were nice, but you had to stand there for a minute to get attention. A bit inhospitable for that main point of contact with the face of the hotel. As we walked out , I waited to see if they would thank us for coming, but they just stayed on their phone.

Staff were very helpful & friendly. I liked the options provided for breakfast. My room was very comfy with nice view of trees, too. I enjoyed the choices of tv stations, including many Christian stations..

Very noisy party on my floor with doors continually banging. Staff tried his best to quiet them down a bit.

It was totally clean

When we came down for breakfast, it was packed with people and there wasn’t enough space the room is exceptionally small Maybe they should use the conference area when they can when they have a busy schedule of people staying in there.

comfortable beds, clean bathrooms…storm came through day of arrival and area was without power for several hours..staff manager very calm helpful…

a lot of construction workers stay here and the carpeting could use a good cleaning but I do appreciate how difficult it might be to maintain due to construction worker dirty boots etc..not terrible as I do appreciate the work they do.

I liked the coffee. Most of our stay we slept through breakfast but there was always coffee available at different times throughout the day.

I had no dislikes of the facility, staff, or overall location. Everyone was friendly. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. The room was always nice and cold and the covers did a good job at providing you warmth.

The stay was very good. Only issue we had was Monday morning the elevator didn’t work. We were on the 4th floor in a handicapped room and had to take the stairs. But the attendant had it fixed pretty fast

Hallway Carpets were very dirty/old. Fridge in room nearly breaking down. Bathroom could have been swept (other patrons hair found). Mirror in main room was dirty. Basic cable did not offer much for TV. Watching. Beds were a touch on the firm side. Vending machine broken, took 4$ from us.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious with plenty of space for the 6 of us, the pool area and water slide were tons of fun for the kids.

The beds are too hard for my liking.

I liked the large closets, breakfast choices and location. Staff were helpful in fixing a couple things that didn't work in our room.

Slow elevator at times due to hotel being full. Breakfast room was very busy on Sat. a.m. and eggs were somewhat watery.
