The breakfast was great, good variety of food that was prepared very well (eggs were just right, sausages were hot).

I tried to change my reservation to remove one of the days and that was a huge hassle. The customer service was unable to remove just one day, I was told I had to book a new room and then cancel the existing reservation. Why couldn't I just keep the room that I had already reserved? This is a failure of the uppermanagement that think they can get away with inconveniencing their customers.

The entire facility was beyond perfect. If I could give this Hampton 15 stars, I would. Staff was excellent; the pool was open even though they were working on the hot tub-when they easily could have just closed the entire pool room. My room was spotless; especially the bathroom. I needed a little quiet time for myself, and the experience was just perfect.

Nothing really...except, I would have appreciated extra garbage bags in my room-in the two containers. I filled mine up with trash, and had to ask for some at the desk. Not a big deal; but housekeeping (daily) is by request only, so it just makes sense to leave a fresh bag in the containers, and guests can tie up the used one, and replace on their own.

This was just an overnight stop on a longer trip, but the hotel and staff were great! We got in late, but there was someone at the front desk who helped us get checked in and up to our room quickly. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good, and check out was a breeze.

Loved the room I booked very big. everything was clean and tidy.

my only complaint about my stay was when we got to our room after our concert we were at all day in the heat. the room was 75 degrees and the ac wasn't on. other than that it was a pleasant stay

only ting I did not like about facility was lacking breakfast and the serving staff was not friendly. egg omelets only came with cheese no plain options, I am nondairy .

front desk staff very friendly and helpful, room and facility clean , everything was working. and convenient location. pool was alittle cold

The Breakfast was amazing, the staff was so kind, accommodating and friendly. The pool and lobby were clean.

The shower was not a spa shower something I actually paid extra for when booking, it is just a regular shower head that you can spin to different settings. Our shower did have dirt in the corners of the shower on the floor.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good continental breakfast, late pool hours.

The curtains don’t close all the way, so there is a large chunk of sunlight in your face in the morning when you’re trying to sleep.

Clean, modern facility. Great location. Wonderful breakfast variety with nice little extras like shredded cheese for your eggs and chocolate sauce for your waffles. The pool and hot tub were nice too.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking but my husband found it comfortable. The price of our stay was a bit pricey too.

The guy who was working was great. He was pleasant even though I didn't have identification as I left my key in the room and mv girls would not answer the phone he went thru as many possible identifying factors and was able to get me a key. So appreciated.

LOVED EVERYTHING! OUR ROOM WAS SO NICE, COMFORTABLE BEDS, NICE TV, NO COMPLAINTS. LOCATION WAS GREAT. SO MANY RESTAURANTS AND GAS STATIONS IN THE AREA.
