We liked the location, as the hotel was close to the place where we attended events. We did not like that breakfast was not included, given the prize. We also remained perplexed when only one of our towels in the bathroom was changed (there was no need to change either one; however, if one changes them, it makes sense to change both of them). All in all, it was a good stay, but not as good as the prize would suggest.

It is not up to the charged prize. I don't care much for the frames on the walls, but the decor seemed to lack some organization or rationale

We liked the location near the river and US Bank Stadium.

Having to go to the front desk to get our breakfast passes each morning to be told our rate did not include breakfast. The staff failed to update the notes which was supposed to include breakfast and had to argue with the property and show them my Booking.com confirmation.

Everything!!! The rooms were great, super comfy bed and the staff were AMAZING!!! Was there for a wedding w about 50 others and we had so much fun!!! Thanks for everything and a special thanks to the front desk manager for the upgrade!!!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location amazing. Very classy.

I was told my card didn't go through for parking but instead I was in fact charged twice for parking. Also our shower had this nasty brown stuff fall out of it in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was good. It was handy without having to leave the hotel. The Depot has so much history still on display from the days it was the city’s train depot. The restaurant had a wonderful outdoor dining area and the weather was perfect.

Amazing historic building almost like staying in a museum! The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was great too. Would stay again just to explore more! Thank you!

We are from a lot smaller city where there are no parking garages and were confused by the process and finding our way through all of that.

The building was beautiful and most of the staff were great.

When we came back later that evening to buy a soda the gentleman at the counter was very rude, we said thank you when we bought our stuff and he didn’t say anything to any of us. Just stood there with a mean and dirty look on is face.

The parking is kinda crazy when you go underground the guy could have explained that the garage doors were automatic. Nothing cheap about this Stay. I feel like the price just kept going up. Paid almost $300

Breakfast had beautifully cut-up fresh fruit (pineapple, various berries, grapes, melon, etc), delicious steel cut oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bacon. Always something to put syrup on, French toast, pancakes, etc. And lots of danish, muffins, etc. Room was very clean, and although housekeeping was not offered for our 3 night stay, we could always ask housekeeping to supply us with fresh linens or supplies for the in-room coffee maker. They were prompt and friendly with every/any request!

Loves the property and the original train depot. So great to see that corporate operations don't tear down all history! Loved our stay!
