Room was very spacious with separate bedroom amd living room and kitchenette. Appreciated the room had a closet and small dresser. Hotel had nice little extra touches coffee and breakfast included. Wonderful hotel!

Room service was spotty. There was a sign posted in our room stating room was cleaned every other day. That did not happen. I had to call to request the room be cleaned and replace the towels. Also, had to ask for toilet tissue the roll was empty.

My hotel stay was really good. The breakfast in the morning was very exceptionable. They have so many different options. Love. The conveyancy of the hotel was able to walk around and do everything that I needed to get done. A great location and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very clean and very safe. The Milwaukee Road restaurant was phenomenal. Worked perfectly for us as it was a simple 2 minute walk to our passport agency appointment. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Beautiful suites with kitchen. lounge bedroom and bath room. Pool was awesome and empty at 6 Monday morning with its own towels and many lounge chairs

The complimentary breakfast was of cheaper quality. I'm careful with the food I eat and it was on the lower quality side but better than average

Good Breakfast, Nice Room and good room service with Laundry facility. Easy to walk to relevant turist sights and is situated in a quiet and safe area. Fitness was good. Did not have time to try the Pool.

Specifically about the property, I liked that it was so convenient for my purposes , all the staff except Hector Viegas were so nice, the property is so beautiful. 

the receptionist Hector Viegas, he is a very rude person, is very obvious that he has problems with women, he changed the reservation under my son’s name, he never answer my questions he always talk to my son until he stopped him, the man is assuredly a chauvinistic sexist.

The black out blind and curtains in the room. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Loud cars on Saturday and Sunday night.

The gentlemen at the front desk went above and beyond expectations, from recommendations on a available rooms, printing out info on local attractions and food (specific to my preferences) and just overall polite, professional and kind.

There was nothing that I didn't like

The rooms were very clean. I love the option of a room blocked off from the living room.

You had to pay for parking. For what you pay for a room you should get free parking

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Room was large with the amenities I prefer when I'm staying a few days. No views, but's it's a 2 block walk to the river, the Stone Arch Bridge to Main Street and the Owamni Restaurant.

Bigger pool

Everything was wonderful from the staff, the room, the breakfast. This will be the only hotel I book when I travel to Minnesota.
