The hotel style is unique and a bit quirky, but we enjoyed it as everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. We'll never complain about finding someplace to hang a towel or clothing again! The lobby bar and lounge was very nice, with friendly staff. Garage parking was expensive (but probably on par for MSP), but the convenience couldn't be beat with spots only feet from the hotel doorway and easy/quick in/out garage access. Elevators (3) were super fast!

Room deposit was weird and confusing as it includes your stay cost (rounded up) PLUS $100 PER NIGHT - but it all worked out in the end.

Room was very clean and well appointed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was delightful. The lobby with all it's games was fun, and we enjoyed them. Nice bar, but no energy there.

Rooms are a bit cramped, did not have a spot to open up suitcases. This was problematic. Plenty of hooks provided but no drawers or surfaces. Even bathroom surface was not sufficient. We stayed for almost a week, so we needed to spread out a little more during our stay, but was unable to do so. The staff was less than friendly. Not rude, but always acted bored. Coffee not too good.

Great location, with Trader Joe’s across the street. Nice views from where our room was at. Parking was very convenient for entry to and from the hotel. All of the women over the weekend who helped us out were very friendly! It’s a cute place with perks like games down in the main lobby areas. There’s a bar right by the elevator as well. Hotel was within walking distance to a good variety of restaurants. The steamer was a nice perk as well instead of iron.

No ice machines, water fountains, or vending machines on the property. There was not a fan in the bathroom at all, which just fogged the whole room when the shower was on and took much longer to defog. A fridge would have been nice. I didn’t pay attention to that though so that is on me. Most places have them if seems like so I just made an assumption. Nothing major and no problems at all. Just things that would have been nice to see.

The staff were wonderful; Mandy @ Reception and Randy @ the bar are the best! Room was nice, the lobby was cozy, social & fun. Short walk to the Guthrie Theater, the Mississippi River, the Vikings Stadium & more. Garage parking was a breeze.

It would be nice to have a room refrigerator, but we understand that’s not the Moxy model. But everything else was great.

The staff were so kind! I had called to ask if we had a mini fridge and without even asking they said they’d put one in there. A friend got ill and they offered ginger ale and other things to help but most importantly they allowed us to switch rooms, again without asking! Even checked in on us the following day. The staff were so sweet!! Rooms were nice as well!

Location to the Vikings game could not be better.

No restaurants but Jimmy johns, which is fine once a day...we did not feel comfortable venturing out in that neighborhood, so we would have eaten all meals there. They did offer pizza at the bar, and that was good. But here again, you can not eat bar pizza every day. Starbucks around the corner was as far as we felt safe. Parking was great and available!

Staff were helpful, location downtown was excellent, view from room was nice and rain shower head was good.

Minimal furnishings. Chair but no desk, hooks but no closet, and no fridge at all. When I asked for a fridge, one was provided, but it was left outside my room door. I'm a healthy 72 yr. old, but had it been my wife alone, the fairly large, heavy fridge would probably still be out there.

Stadium adjacent, eclectic vibes. Connected parking structure.

The parking allowances weren't very clear. There was an attendant taking cash for access for "event parking," but we wound up having to get an employee to refund that since it was actuallu billed with the room. It's probably just me being a tourist from a small town, but it was all quite confusing and overwhelming.

It was in a great location. Starbucks close by, which was perfect because there wasn’t a coffee machine in the room. Also a Trader Joe’s across the street to get food and alcohol. This hotel did not have a restaurant as I thought. The only food you could order was frozen pizza which wasn’t that bad.

Our bed was hard.

The staff were really friendly (for the most part) and location was close to restaurants and bars and transportation. The lobby set up was unique and inviting for social settings.

There was no microwave/fridge in the room costing more on groceries and food. Couldn’t bring leftovers back. The scents of cleaning products was a bit overwhelming in the lobby.
