The room with King size bed and sofa is bigger than most other hotel rooms. The room, furniture, fittings, carpet and linen were spotlessly clean. Friendly staff welcomed and assisted us during the stay and we were allowed to check in prior to the normal check-in time, which was extremely convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of public transport (both green and blue Metro lines and bus stops). Apart from the Bistro, there is also a convenient selection of sodas, sandwiches and medicine available. Housekeeping provided us every 2nd day with fresh linen during the 8 day stay and the Engineering team promptly assisted with an internet connectivity issue. The beer brewery just around the corner provided a good selection of food and beverages in a relaxing atmosphere.

We struggled a bit to get Netflix operatiional.

I had the junior suite and it is spacious: 380 sq ft. The furniture seems relatively new and looks great. One sign that the room is updated and modernized: there are outlets everywhere. The suite is not exactly two separate rooms, but is separate spaces divided by a common wall, with open access from either side of the wall. The desk is very long and there are plenty of drawers in the sleeping area and in the secondary space of the suite. My room was quiet and I had a great view to the south and to the east from many windows along a curved outer wall. I must have chosen a great time to rent this room, because the price I paid seems like a bargain. Perhaps it was because the Vikings were not in town. I used the Metro to go to the U of M football game and to the Mall of America. The station is just a couple of blocks from the hotel. I also enjoyed the Town Hall brew pub right next door.

There was not a thing I did not like, but I learned something important: for future travel: I was given a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. We need to be aware that even with a late checkout, hotels will deactivate the room key at checkout time. If you plan to leave the room after checkout time and return to the room, just go to the front desk and get them to activate the card again. I've had this happen twice and have a better realization of what to expect.

I liked the amenities, the lobby, the staff. Friendly courteous, and there to help as needed. We were a few guys in from out of town for the viking's game partying it up, and we weren't hasseld in any way.

Asked for cleaning service or maid service or whatever but that didn't seem to happen. Not like we made a big mess but a few more towels and an extra set of bedding would have been better. Seemed like a few times I noticed patrons having issues with payment or reservations, but it seemed like more technical issues than employee issues. Could be due to booking apps etc.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The parking was a big issue, we have a Ram 3500 and was very worried about the parking garage, also not very much in the food choices and kinda pricey.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel itself was well maintained, clean and the rooms were very comfortable.

Nothing, everything was great. We are planning on staying here again on future trips to Minneapolis.

Property was in an ideal location and the staff was exceptional

Parking was the only negative about this property….couldn’t believe after spending the amount of money for the room that I had to pay over $20 per day to park my vehicle near the hotel. Couldn’t believe the property didn’t have a relationship with the attached parking structure….bush league!

We attended the Minnesota Fringe Festival, and the hotel was ideally located close to the venues. We also appreciated the fitness center and the pool.

While daily maid service is not necessary, it would be nice to have enough coffee for each day. The desk clerk gladly got us some when we asked, but we felt we were intruding.

The staff were so friendly.

I don’t know what you can do but the two nights that I stayed, the hallway was so noise. From 1-3:00AM were the noisiest. I didn’t know if I should call the desk? I have never experienced that before where it was two nights in a row. Also, downtown Minneapolis comes with its challenges. Many of local establishments are closed and run down.

Within walking distance to the US Bank Stadium.

I did not like we had to pay additional for parking. Feel like that should either be included in the price for should receive a special discounted price.

The food was absolutely delicious. Basic bistro menu but done very very well. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt truly like they'd do anything for me. Bed was so comfy, rooms were quiet, shower hot, pool area clean and open for ages. Everywhere was really clean and tidy. Metro line was really close. Rooms were a comfortable temperature.

I would have like more options for drinks in the room, as a tea drinking English person, just a coffee machine hurt my feelings! Hot chocolate would have been a nice touch too! It would have been nice to have room service available. I would have liked shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the pool changing room showers, was a bit annoying to get dry and dressed to go and have a shower in my room! I prefer a duvet with a closed cover, quite often woke to have the duvet separated from the flat sheet.
