Location is perfect if you need to do anything around campus. It's clean and people working there are great. It has a good vibe since the kids are acually studying there in the hall and the design is cool.

We got a room with too short beds, very uncomfortable, above the dumpster so it was loud in the early hours of the day and our feet were dangling from the bed. They say it's their standard to have 160cm long twin beds. They did change our room but after two nights because they were packed. Our room wasn't cleaned one day, they didn't offer any comp for any of the issues. Toiletries are slim. You get shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Nothing else, and no bathrobe or slippers.

This hotel was stunning. I had previously stayed at a Graduate Hotel in Pennsylvania so when it came time to book this trip to see the Astros play the Twins in Minneapolis, I jumped at the change to stay at another Graduate Hotel. The collegiate ambiance is amazing and the attention to detail in the design was superb. The staff was nice, helpful, and always around. We took the train into town and to the Mall of America which was an easy 3 minute walk from the hotel. There is a Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, and Coolgreens attached to the hotel as well as a sit-down restaurant called The Beacon which we ate at twice. Both meals were excellent and the restaurant staff was great. The lobby had a ton of seating which made for a comfortable few hours before it was time to leave to go to the airport. The rooms were cleaned daily which is rare post-covid. Overall a wonderful experience and I cant wait to stay at another graduate hotel.

There was an indian wedding happening on the second floor while we were sleeping on the third floor. It was very loud.

Overall, it met my expectation. The hotel was clean and decent. Location is unbeatable. It sits next to light rail station (East Bank) and is close to university facilities, cafes, banks, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and kind. Can't think of any negative aspects of it. My mother and I stayed for two nights here, which was pleasant and relaxing.

The building itself is a bit old and may need some improvements in the future. There is no breakfast option but I think that's the case for most of "Graduate" chain (correct me if I am wrong). But Starbucks is located on the ground floor and Caribou is just across the street, so it's not a pushback.

Wonderful decor, friendly staff, fun activities within hotel, nice fitness room, close to attractions, U of M, hospital, college sports, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, etc. Nice hotel restaurant and a Starbucks and chik fil a.

Carpet is worn, bottom of bathroom door coming apart, no fan, hotel parking is outdoors and more expensive than covered public parking which is right across a skywalk? Should add USB plugins at bedside tables. No pool; a hot tub and sauna would be nice.

I had booked and paid for the room back in April through booking.com. The night I had checked in I had seen in my online banking that I was charged again for 331.82. I immediately called front desk to tell them. The person I talked to did fix it as in refund me but I felt gave me an excuse of why it happened in the first place. I would think that when the front desk person looks up my information they can see that I already paid. If not, maybe you need to change things or if it’s booking.com that you talk to them. I was not happy that it happened in the first place. I paid 279.90 in April to then get charged 331.82, that is ridiculous for a one night stay. These mistakes should not happen.

We picked the Graduate due to its proximity to the 3M arena for graduation. The location was very clean, perfect and its full of amenities. There's a Walgreens across the street for last minute necessities. Check-in and out was very fast. Outside parking available for $28/day with unlimited in/out.

We weren't aware the hotel lobby was a quiet study destination for students. There was hardly a place for anyone to sit in the lobby (if needed). There's tons of restaurants in the area and a full Starbucks onsite so quite a draw. There's probably more value with other locations but it was windy and raining for our 1 night stay so worth it.

Great location, front desk staff lovely, low key and helpful. Room fun, interesting and not generic. Good soundproofing and far fewer little electronic lights than usual which I often have to cover to have it dark enough to sleep!

Not straightforward to find reception when you enter the main doors. First floor full of people eating fast food, studying, holding meetings. Cross between the student union and the library. Also, a cardinal sin, instant coffee only provided. Seriously? For a properly this pricey?

The lobby was packed with students which made it kind of like staying at the library or the student union. The decoration was amazing and unique. It was located right on campus.

Couldn't find coffee so we ended up going to the adjacent Starbucks. The restaurants in the area were mostly fast and inexpensive because their customers are 99% students, though they were still diverse. Getting to and from the entrance by car (lyft) was circuitous and we once were gridlocked from cars waiting trying to get into a parking garage for graduation ceremonies.

few days the room was not made up at all. when complained to reception the next day the room was done. also they gave us breakfast vouchers to compensate for the same.However, after we checked out we were charged Extra USD 90 to the card that was given

The location and amenities provided were appreciated. The room was comfortable and clean.

There were a few discrepancies in communication and printed/digital material. In the room it tells you to reference a field guide given at check in for instructions to utilize the phone. When we inquired at the front desk, as we didn’t receive one, the representative wasn’t aware of the guide. We finally found the guide after signing into the wifi and it referenced a complimentary shuttle. When we asked how to utilize the shuttle we were told it was no longer in use. Lastly there was a mildewy smell in the lobby the entire trip that was unpleasant.
