Very enjoyable , quiet, very nice place Mrs Daisy at the front desk she worked last night August 16th until this morning at 7am I believe. Probably the nicest person I’ve met at a hotel/condo you name it. She was GREAT!

Whoever checked me in the 15th. I didn’t get her name. I checked in at approximately 1am the female just seemed very rude and disgruntled. I was trying to explain I had paid for two days on booking $430 but she insisted I pay for night two off a debit card. In the end she was correct the business charges by day and not all in one stay. So I will get a refund but it was the ugly way she presented it as if she was generally aggravated with me.

I feel that this is one of the better hotels I have stayed in across the country. I love the fact that there is free dinner and breakfast. This is so convenient because one does not need to go anywhere for dinner, especially when the travel is tiring. The staff was wonderful. They helped me when the carts were taken. The room was clean, comfortable, and large. The meals were good.

This is no reflection of the hotel, but people need to be more considerate. There are 8 carts for luggage at this hotel and people can be rude to keep the carts. The staff helped. The only other thing I would say is to the owner is to buy more carts - 8 carts for a 7 floor hotel does not seem enough.

We were traveling with our teenage granddaughter and needed a suite with a separate room. Our room was amazingly spacious. It was perfect for our needs. The breakfast and evening snack time was very good. The staff kept things fresh and clean. Overall, we were very impressed with the friendliness and diligence of the staff to keep the property looking nice.

The only complaint regarding the room was there was no vent in the bathroom. This is problematic when traveling with others. The only other complaint we had was the pool was a bit murky and not clean.

Everyone is extremely nice but I got to give a shout out to Miss April, in the kitchen/ dining. She truly goes above and beyond. She speaks to everyone when they come in. She ask, how your stay is and if there's anything she can do to make it better. Even though she is working, she still takes time to talk to everyone and that speaks volumes.

I can't say I didn't like anything but a change in menu would definitely be a good thing. Plus, add a desert and maybe some chips or fries to go with the hotdogs. Give the little ones a little extra.

Like the fact they served dinner options. The place was clean. The staff was nice. Really enjoy staying here because it's not far from gas stations and places to eat. You can walk to Applebee's or Buffalo Wild Wings if you decide not to eat dinner at the hotel. Love their breakfast options. It's not just muffins, cereal, and coffee. They serve eggs, grits, oatmeal, breakfast potatoes, and sausage, and you can make your own waffles! Will probably always stay here when I visit Meridian because of how clean it is, how friendly the staff are and the food.

Our stay at Drury Inn was excellent. We were very pleased with everything about our stay. The front desk was very friendly and helpful in explaining everything that came with our stay including dinner, breakfast, and fountain drinks. Check in was easy. Our room was clean and very quiet. We had all the amenities that were needed. This Hotel is completely pet friendly as well. We didn't even hear outside noise and we were right beside I20. Parking was close to the door and we'll lit at night. We felt completely safe and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

I can't think of anything that we did not like.

It is pet friendly, so traveling with our chiweenie was no problem. Comfortable beds. Our suite was very roomy, with plenty of space for 2 kids and two adults, including two televisions, which was nice. The breakfast is very nice.

Since it is a pet friendly hotel, it would be a nice touch to have a grassy area designated for dogs to do their business, and poop bags so the pet owners can clean up after their animals.

My husband realized that he had left two rings and his watch in the bedside table drawer. Called the desk from 15 miles away and reported it. The desk called and said that they had the items at the front desk. When we got back to the hotel, we were able to meet Latanya, the nice lady that found the items and turned them in to the desk. One of the rings was his 40 year old wedding band. Thank you Drury Inn. We are forever patrons/clients. ❤️

We could not have stayed longer. Had to get back home.

The room was extremely nice and large. The breakfast was amazing.

We arrived around 6:45pm to be told our room was not ready and was asked if we could wait 10+ minutes. (???) I asked, “What if we had arrived at 3pm, the check-in time?” Answer: “Well, ma’am we are completely booked.” My response: “And… is that my problem?” Answer: “No ma’am.” She desk person then went behind the wall as she was on the phone. 10+ minutes later I got the key card. Ridiculous to say the least.

I loved the breakfast. There was some thing there for everyone. I love staying with you because everything is good and I don’t have to go out for meals. It’s also nice to have a glass of wine in the evening before dinner and just relax from the road.

You are doing good on maintaining the property. That seems to be the biggest challenge besides hiring. I would say that consistent work on maintaining the property would be what I would encourage you to stay on top of.
