Loved everything about it except the lack of parking close to the hotel and uncertainty of food service available during some hours. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable.

I didn’t like that we had to park in the parking garage when we arrived and make several trips to get everything to our room. Also, we never got a straight answer about when food was prepared in the lobby restaurant. When we went to the roof to get something to eat, they were out of red sauce…so most of the menu was not available.

It was a quaint beautiful hotel. We love the atmosphere, the ambiance of the rooms and it was large. The bed was absolutely amazing. It slept so well that we only needed 4 hours of sleep. We could not hear any noise from outside and we were downtown meridia. We went to the 11th floor and they had drinks and we got an absolutely tasty pizza with thin crust and it was well put together. We assumed that it was homemade crust. The atmosphere was very well and we would love to come back and share some time there together... The, hotels, staff was very nice and accommodating.

I liked the Starbucks inside the lobby and the bed was very comfortable

The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was no info in the room about checkout or how to use the free amenities. Also there needs to be a closing shower door because the water splatters.

This property was a JOY! Such an amazing staff from the valet to the deal to the Boxcar bartender to the breakfast staff, Miss Eve! The attaboys are much deserved and this elegant piece of history is being tended and cared for by a great group of caring folks! Thank you for allowing us to share!

No REAL complaints. A couple extra bottles of water would have worked…and a little trash bin in the WONDERFUL bathroom would have, too. But there are no real complaints. Just suggests.

Historical building, excellent location and beautiful modern facilities. Staff was excellent and the 601 restaurant onsite provided a fantastic breakfast.

No iron or ironing board available, only a steamer which I couldn’t figure out. They did find me an iron after a while but no board. The shower is beautiful but the shower head was awful. The rooftop bar needs to improve their hamburger but their pizza is excellent.

We love the room, and the bed lines were so comfortable. I would love to the brand name. I looked for tag and didn't find one. We also loved the roof top bar, even with the cold weather, the fire pit and the space heaters made it very comfortable. Lastly, we loved the location and the options for so many great restaurants.

I liked how the hotel was in the middle of downtown, but it was very close to the meeting places I was in town for. The bed was simply amazing and so comfortable.

I didn't like that the "onsite" parking was limited and the parking garage was a block away.

The room was very comfortable and the view was excellent! Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is in a great location since there are many nearby places that you can walk to.

A water pipe did explode while I was there :-( The water was off during my first night and for part of my first full day there. But the staff made sure that those staying were well informed.

Everything was great! Quiet and comfortable.

Air conditioning was excellent during the day until late night, early morning. Seems to cut off for an extended period of time, in which the room get warm. Need a booster seat for the toilet, too low lol.., Otherwise, all was great!!

The food was amazing, the over all atmosphere was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable as well. Staff was friendly and helpful

One of our nightstands didn't work, i.e. the plug in the night stand to plug my phone into. There was no information about parking available anywhere, and we found that incredibly stressful and very disappointing once we found out the parking garage was across the street and could have saved the money we paid to valet had we known ahead of time.
