Beds were good, staff very friendly and helpful

Window coverings did not work; faucet in kitchenette and bathroom were both totally loose and kitchen one was backwards. Bathroom had seen (much) better days; wall covering incomplete, patched holes, poor paint, all in all a sloppy finish not what we expected from Home2, based on earlier stays in several different locations. Will certainly not stay in that location again, especially considering the extreme noise from I20 which is less than 100 yards from front of the building and extremely busy during the night

Good parking and access from front and back. Needs side access. Lobby and rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was sufficiently comfortable, but blankets were thin and had strange configurations.

Breakfast foods and coffee were awful. Room had some loose fixtures and dirty wallpaper in the bath. Not enough towels, tissues, and TP. Pillows were lumpy and poor quality. Some lights were broken that I fixed and the one switch at the door didn’t work.

The location of the property was centrally located to the events I attended. The staff was welcome and helpful with all of our needs and requests.

I did not like having to park behind the building and walking across the entire lobby to the elevator. Two elevators at the property would be helpful.

It was easy to find. Got there with no problem at all, so that is a plus me our book. The room was great. My kids and husband and course me loved it!

The only thing me and my husband and I didn't like was the tub. I seem clean but not clean as it should be. I think they need to change what they are cleaning with.

Super clean rooms. The pool was nice. The staff was amazing!! We had a friend pass out from the heat the morning we were leaving and they stayed with her until the EMT got there and got us anything we needed.

The location was great i slept so good i missed the breakfast lol everything was perfect definitely was like i was in a mini apartment ❤️

Nothing everything was perfect just wish i could have stayed longer.

Loved the comfort of the beds and breakfast was great!

My check in process took longer because computer systems were showing errors. Also got charge twice for my room was told I would get a refund but I haven’t yet and thats inconvenient since I’m traveling with my family. The restroom in the room had a missing shower curtain and tub was dirty.

Nice, clean place close to the highway. Downtown area is not far away, but the area in between made it undesirable to walk around.

There was noise all through the night - music and partying. We were unable to determine where the noise came from, though.

The room was night and large for our family.

The shower head was not working really well and leaking. I let the staff know about it the next day.

I like the breakfast and the laundry was free pool was clean and pet friendly
