Check in and out were easily handled Breakfast was great Rooms were clean and the AC WORKED- THANK YOU JESUS Any hiccups that arose, they were solved rather quickly!!

Our door had a hard time latching- it either had to be slammed or closed over and over again to get the latch to work- The lady at the front desk said they would get that fixed when I went check out...other than that it was great! Also, the hotel ran out of towels but they were at capacity so we understood!- I think if they got pool towels designated for the pool and then room towels, this might would help with this- but towels were ready by night time shower time

The description states that they have their own laundry facility. This is not true. The neighboring hotel allows you to use theirs. It was completely inconvenient. We were there for a soccer tournament and I booked with them because they claimed to have a laundry facility of their own. I was up all night going back and forth between the properties washing uniforms for the next day. Also, we were there for 2 nights but never received fresh towels or rags. We were told there were none to give due to being fully booked up. If you can’t accommodate us all, don’t allow is to book all of your rooms. I paid too much money staying there and won’t be back next year for this same tournament.

The hotel was located in a nice location close to several restraurants. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We had an issue with the first room but we were given another room.

The first room we were in the toilet didn't flush and the shower water was slow draining.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations; it was very good. The breakfast room was very clean, as was the room we stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking situation was frustrating. There are not enough spaces. We had to drive around for 20 minutes to get a spot. Then, we were reluctant to leave our parking space to go to dinner.

The location was great. It is was quiet and very welcoming.

The parking lot was horrible. I’m handicapped and was in so much pain. I had to keep circling the building searching for a park. Please add more fruit choices for breakfast also.

Booking.com payment did not go through until the next morning for one of the rooms. No one answered the phone at booking.com, and finally office staff checked me in despite no payment. I will never use booking.com again . You have lousily customer service.

Very congenial greeting and farewell at front desk. Your employees are top shelf! Super clean room. Well lighted parking area. Good breakfast and breakfast hostess was very nice. All plumbing worked as it should. Room was quiet and comfortable.

it isn’t the fault of Hampton Inn. The traffic engineers who laid out the city must have been on drugs. Local motorists gave NO Grace to newcomers trying to get into proper lanes. It was stressful. Evening (late afternoon) Traffic was crazy heavy. Again- not Hampton’s fault, but enough of an issue to make us think twice about a repeat stay.

The breakfast was above average. All of the staff members were friendly and welcoming.

Dresser top had spill from coffeemaker from a previous guest visible when we walked in so we knew that hadn't been wiped down between guests.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.

I did not like having to sign-up for Hilton's reward program in order to get the wi-fi for free. For the price of the room, the breakfast was not great.

I loved Tourean! She was the best representative for a friendly and genuinely happy employee!! She recommended a restaurant that I tried and she was just the sweetest young lady!!

The bed was not as comfortable as some Hamptons that I've stayed at.
