THE BED WAS EXCELLENT! BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, BUT THE BISCUITS NEEDED TO BE WARM. STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE STAFF HANDLED A DIFFICULT GUEST BEFORE ME.

ROOM WAS NOT SERVICED 2 DAYS AND I HAD TO REQUEST CLEAN BATH LINENS. TV AND REFRIGERATOR WERE UNPLUGGED WHEN I GOT THERE SO HAD TO WAIT FOR THE FRIG TO COOL DOWN AND HAD TO FIGURE OUT THE TV AND FINALLY FOUND THE CORD NOT PLUGGED IN. CARPET IN THE ROOM AND IN THE HALLWAY WERE STAINED AND TORN. I HAD RESERVED A DISABILITY ROOM BUT WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO NO BARS AND A LOWER TOILET MADE THINGS DIFFICULT FOR MY KNEES.

The hotel was a good value. Clean and acceptable. There were some small parts where the maintenance of the facility showed its age. The laminate of the mirror in the room was peeling off, bald spots in the hall carpet, the missing picture outside the elevator (3rd floor) had the ghost square of the frame that was now missing. All of these some cosmetics but the actual cleanliness of the place was good. A very comfortable bed and a clean room.

Not much. The price was great and outside of some small cosmetic issues and very comfortable hotel.

Room was nice, clean. I slept well.

Breakfast was lacking. We got there at 8:15 and everthing was pretty much gone. No coffee, milk tasted funny. Eggs were dried up. We were the only ones there so everyone must come early. Hate to put out food that hets wasted but would be nice if late eaters got something.

Everything was exceptional! The beds were comfortable, the air and condition of the room was clean. The shower was warm and shower head had options for settings. Lots of electric and even some USB outlets. Loved the spaciousness of the room with plenty of counter space for our luggage. AND my favorite part was the breakfast: Scrambled Eggs and boiled eggs, turkey bacon, Home Fries, Waffle Maker, muffins, instant oatmeal, grits, hot chocolate with marshmallows, chocolate and plain milk, single serving juices ( apple, orange, and grape), bagels, toaster, cream cheese and other condiments, regular and instant decaf coffee with options for creamers

Everything from bed to breakfast. Was very happy at breakfast that they had kosher and no meat options.

Only problem that the only ice maker didn’t work. When reported the manager went immediately to try and fix it. To late for me, but hopefully helped someone else.

The spacious room, friendly staff, comfy bed, & the breakfast was great... excellent variety.

The water pressure wasn't great & my shower never got hot, just Luke warm... that wasn't pleasant!!! And my phone in the room didn't work.

Easy pesy. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, large bathroom. Everything worked. Great Great breakfast. Beyond just basic cereal.

Wish the toilet was "Comfort" size. Little toilet are little.

This was a great experience! The gentleman at the desk when we arrived informed us that the room wasn’t ready. And after 14 hours driving, that’s not what you want to hear at all. But he explained the shortage of housekeepers, and the day after Christmas makes complete sense. Kuddos to the accommodating team as they had our room ready in less than 15 minutes.

Everything was so nice quiet, clean, & the young lady that checked me in was wonderful all thumbs up..

I enjoyed the fact that it was near the stores and close by my family’s residence. It was clean and not crowded. The breakfast was perfect and the staff was very nice!
