Staff desk person was friendly Beautiful hotel Very comfortable beds!! Free breakfast included, even though not that good... "Sysco" type food. BUT had DELICIOUS Lavazza coffee and Monin syrups!! They were happy to allow us to fill our to-go coffee mug before we left!!

Uncarpeted floor dirty. Supposed to be ADA room, it was not... and ADA rooms, if indeed it had been, must be on first floor due to elevators being shut down in emergency!! Since non-ADA room, I was unable to take a shower.

We like the Tru hotels because they are efficient and attractive. This room was smaller than those we have occupied in the past, but it met the challenge of still being comfortable and efficient.

I'm not sure who the owner of this one is, but the staff seemed scared to death of getting in trouble. At least 3 statements were made to indicate that they had to do things differently than our past experiences at Trus because the owners insisted on these practices.

Needed a place for the night while road tripping. It was in a good location right off the highway, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and staff was friendly. I have no complaints about cleanliness, as it met my expectations.

The continental breakfast was not great at all. Hard boiled eggs, you peel yourself, other breakfast foods you make yourself. Would be nice to have scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bacon etc.

I like the cleanliness and the size of the rooms there.

I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room I was in. I ordered food, but couldn’t heat it up later because there was no microwave in the room. & I didn’t like that there was only a shower. I have small children, so it would’ve been very convenient if there was a tub also.

Too much activity around the pool table with too many people playing, etc. Only, a few people played the whole time and others were not able to use. No pool or spa at hotel. Breakfast could have been better and fresher. I also was not given a first-floor room as requested at time of reservation.

Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. There were lots of games to keep kids and adults entertained. The location was great. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and the shopping mall is down the street.

Better selection of breakfast items. The parking lot is kind of small so it got crowded fast.

Everything was immaculate. From the front desk staff to the house keeping and maintenance crew. A special thanks to J Andrews for all the up to date events and information he gave me. His ability to answer and questions I had in regards to the hotel or the city was superb. They all wore a inviting smile and never seemed to be distressed or agitated. I'll definitely be coming back to this location SOON. I didn't want to leave!

If there were one thing I didn't like, it would have been the missing owning for the back patio. It rained the first 2 days we got there so enjoying a cigar and bourbon wasn't in the cards for us on our 1st valentines night get away.

Close to downtown and easy to get to. Staff was very pleasant.

TV-require us to do a hard reset to connect remote to tv Elevator-VERY loud/grinding breaking system. A little disconcerting

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The entry and check-in desk is colorful and cheery. The other guests have been quiet and not disturbing restful sleep.

The towels in my bathroom were frayed. That was surprising and unexpected for such a nice motel.

Everyone was nice and polite.

Breakfast bar was limited on hot vegitarian options. Eggs had meat in them. No potatoes. Only hot cakes.
