The room was clean and spacious.

The description states that they have their own laundry facility. This is not true. The neighboring hotel allows you to use theirs. It was completely inconvenient. We were there for a soccer tournament and I booked with them because they claimed to have a laundry facility of their own. I was up all night going back and forth between the properties washing uniforms for the next day. Also, we were there for 2 nights but never received fresh towels or rags. We were told there were none to give due to being fully booked up. If you can’t accommodate us all, don’t allow is to book all of your rooms. I paid too much money staying there and won’t be back next year for this same tournament.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations; it was very good. The breakfast room was very clean, as was the room we stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking situation was frustrating. There are not enough spaces. We had to drive around for 20 minutes to get a spot. Then, we were reluctant to leave our parking space to go to dinner.

Very congenial greeting and farewell at front desk. Your employees are top shelf! Super clean room. Well lighted parking area. Good breakfast and breakfast hostess was very nice. All plumbing worked as it should. Room was quiet and comfortable.

it isn’t the fault of Hampton Inn. The traffic engineers who laid out the city must have been on drugs. Local motorists gave NO Grace to newcomers trying to get into proper lanes. It was stressful. Evening (late afternoon) Traffic was crazy heavy. Again- not Hampton’s fault, but enough of an issue to make us think twice about a repeat stay.

Booking.com payment did not go through until the next morning for one of the rooms. No one answered the phone at booking.com, and finally office staff checked me in despite no payment. I will never use booking.com again . You have lousily customer service.

The location was great. It is was quiet and very welcoming.

The parking lot was horrible. I’m handicapped and was in so much pain. I had to keep circling the building searching for a park. Please add more fruit choices for breakfast also.

Initial impressions are very important. Shar was friendly, patient, helpful, courteous, and professional I noticed while waiting as she helped a couple before getting to my reservation. She is a credit to the operation.

Right now, looking back at my stay here, I cannot think of anything negative. The bed was comfortable-better than mine at home, the breakfast was hot-bacon, eggs, and biscuits that were probably baked on premises.

The check in was fast and polite, room was clean and comfortable.

Huge potholes in the entrance, not just one but many throughout the parking areas! We went down for breakfast at 7 and there was one bagle and a few bananas, cereal and milk, everything else was not ready yet. It appears a staff member didn't show.

I loved Tourean! She was the best representative for a friendly and genuinely happy employee!! She recommended a restaurant that I tried and she was just the sweetest young lady!!

The bed was not as comfortable as some Hamptons that I've stayed at.

the property was clean and comfortable. The little extras like the breakfast, complimentary happy hour and snacks were very appreciated. There were some nice updates in the room like USB ports to charge electronics. The ice machine worked and produced a lot of great ice. Everything was great.

We ran out of towels between two of us. our stay was 2 nights, so we had to ask for more. I was thinking we’d get some minor housekeeping to swap towels during our stay, but just ended up asking for more and an associate brought some in minutes, but said she couldn’t take the old wet ones away. That seemed strange and kept the bathroom cluttered, but we just managed around the pile of towels.

Clean, close to interstate

Night desk person didn’t notify us of two things… one, in renovation they put door handle upside down & two, didn’t offer Hilton Rewards point… I didn’t know about them until our next stop. A trivial point but, dogs were everywhere, it was like a pet convention was in town.
